This cape cod home is close to the bay beach with a short easy walk to the ocean. Ground floor has the living area, kitchen, dining and a sun porch and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs features a master bedroom with a queen and a half bath, the other bedroom has a king sized bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins. Out doors is a fenced yard and large patio with plenty of outdoor seating Owner provides a beach cart with 4 beach chairs and 6 beach badges - tenant responsible if lost. Owner provides pillows and blankets. Roof deck is unsafe and tenants are no longer able to access it - if found you will be asked to leave with no refund of unused rent.

Security deposit is $250 if you take the $70 Security Deposit insurance.

Super cute and perfect location

The house was perfect for our family, especially the backyard and the kitchen. We took our five month old twins on their first vacation and there was plenty of space for all of their things. The location was incredible- we could walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.
