"The room was damp, like your socks got wet when you walked on the rug and the tile floors were slippery. There was a lot of rust, for example the lamp in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod, the ironing board etc. The arms of the sofa were very dirty. I refused to sit there. The kitchen had no dishes, utensils. There was a coffee maker but it had an old used coffee bag in it. There was no coffee or sugar etc. The only place to hang clothes was very small and on top of the night table. I had to move the lamp to the bed to use it. The guy who checked us in said they were planning to remodel but in the meantime they should at least clean and trade out the rusted things. The halls and elevator were filthy. The grout in the bathroom floor was filthy. Frankly I'm shocked that your company recommended this hotel. I will think twice about using Hotels.com again. We were very uncomfortable and felt ripped off"
