The area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The basement apartment was neat and clean. The host was friendly and available by text or phone. I will stay here again. The only downside at all is checkout at 10 am. To be fair though I did not ask if I could stay later.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment is spacious and cozy! Hosted a small event with family in the yard, and the property owner helped out when we asked. Communicating with her was terrific! I will stay here again!

A Must Stay!

Jenelle is an incredible host and human! If we had questions she was there to answer. The space is very quiet, clean and cozy, well set up for just checking in and getting into vacation mode. A beautiful garden, complete with chickens. Good energy all around. Super close to Robert Moses State Park -- a large protected beach. Also close to a amazing grocery Food Bazaar and plenty of seriously good takeout. Would recommend to a friend!

Excellent place

The apartment is a two bedroom with king and queen beds and is attached to the back of the host's house. It is well maintained and clean. Both bedrooms and the living room have nice TV's, and the couch is very big and comfortable.It has a big, fenced in yard with chickens wandering around, so if you have dogs, they need to be leashed. Janelle is very hospitable and is readily available to acommodate any of your needs. Thank you, Janelle! We will be back!

I stayed here for a few days with my 2 dogs while I was in town for work. It is quiet and private and Jenelle was friendly and accessible, and made it a very pleasant experience

Great stay! Will be back

Great experience. Rental was very top notch and clean. Jenelle was available if needed as well. Backyard was huge too which was great to walk our pups around. Highly recommend checking this place out. We’ll definitely be back again for a visit

We loved our stay at Jenelle's. She's a great host and we had so much fun in her beautiful space. We loved the Bay Shore location, which made for a great day trip to fire island!

Long Island Beach Getaway

Jenell's place was perfect because it was located between the Sayville Fire Island Ferries and Robert Moses Causeway. We did one day on fire island, stayed at Jennell's and then easily got to Robert Moses State Park to enjoy that beach.

Amazing Place

We had a great time. It was a very nice, newly renovated space. Very comfortable and pleasant to stay for the week. The host was great. She was very prompt and accommodating. The location was also excellent close to the beaches but still had a calm neighborhood feel. Would definitely stay here again.
