Great location at the end of West Bay away from the hustle but easy walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, or catch a water taxi at the dock for a short ride to West End. Free shuttle to and from the airport was included and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a day trip to Little French Key. We didn't dive but rented snorkel gear from the dife shop. We heard they are one of the cheapest shops to dive with. The restaurant at the resort was one of the best we ate at and you can't find cheaper drinks on West Bay. During happy hour from 3-6pm 2 drinks were only $5-$7. We cant wait to return!

Great location, beautiful views, away from cruise ship crowds. Walking distance to everything. Sunsets nightly. A good and varied breakfast daily. Amenities were basic. Drinking water was only available when the dive shop was open. Otherwise you could only purchase plastic water bottles from the bar/restaurant. Surprising since the island prioritizes a reduction in single use plastic. Beach towels are not supplied and so you must buy them. This would be good information to know in advance. Staff was very accommodating and resort security was done well..
It's very nice, i recommended , they have water taxis acces at any time to go where ever you want to go around the island, they are very friendly and the food is excellent.

We ended up only staying 1 night. Our must have is a swimming pool. Their pool was a little bigger than 12x12 at best. The menu was very limited as we were going to stay 10 days it was not what we were expecting.
Really enjoyed staying at Las Rocas hotel! It is in a great location and close to other resorts, but has a peaceful feeling. The food, the staff, the ambience and music they play are awesome! The food is the best in the area! Staff was really helpful and friendly! If you decide to take trips, I would definitely go with them or somebody they recommend. Don’t go with random people since they might charge you more or stood you up like they did to us. If you like a quiet environment but close to “the action” I would highly recommend Las Rocas resort!
Las Rocas was perfect. The staff was amazing. We felt well taken care of and the staff was warm and friendly. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or take water taxi to anything. Our dive team rocked! Alex and Laura are the best!! Great happy hour too!

We stayed in the little cottage closest to the beach. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. Beautiful views, hammock on the deck, wood floors, a laid back vibe, our own pet cat (stray but friendly and clean), awesome maid service, very very good restaurant, scuba trips available daily, quick walk into West Bay bars/restaurants and a quick Water Taxi to West End bars/restaurants. If you are looking for a mega resort with all the interchangeable mainstream glut that makes you feel like you are back in Hawaii or Cabo or Miami or Cancun, look elsewhere.

Property was nice, rooms sparse, poor lighting at night, no clock. basic bungalow. Waiters were awesome, food was good. tried to give us a room with one bed when two was requested and paid for, but it got resolved in our favor. great location, nice walking path. sparse beach chairs. Request for tipping daily were alittle much, maids, waiters and porters I can see but reception?? Reasonably priced accommodations.
