I forgot the bag outside the building and the staff saved it for me and returned. Thank you so much. It happened on weekend of May 28th.
Liked the trees around the hotel, and staff was all very friendly and helpful.
Only real issue I had but it wasn’t anyones fault there computer system was down so we had to wait 30 mins to get into the room. But the young lady at the desk was very apologetic and ended up having to take each guest to there room because the card reader wasn’t working either
Very dirty carpet.
Impoliteness, bad breakfast (no milk). Juice was not getting dispensed during breakfast. The staff was right there but did not help me. Then I asked them to see why joice was not getting dispensed. She simply opened a door, switched on a button and juice started working. It was as if the staff was asked to save as much money as possible for the management of tjis specific hotel location. AC did not work in my room. I have seen much better Hilton group of hotels and Marriots. Tjis Hampton Inn was my worst experience.
Look it was a good place to stay. There are things that could use attention. But it was a nice place and people were friendly. I’d stay there again 😁
Check in was simple and fast Our rooms were nice and clean Sheets were so soft and comfy same as the mattress We loved breakfast so convenient and delicious I would definitely stay here again or any of these hotels for that reason

I have to say the staff was exemplary here from the friendly front desk staff to the maids who got whatever we needed and the lovely cook who made sure we got breakfast with a smile even when we showed up close to them closing up, the staff is amazing. Our room was unbelievably clean, the cleanest room I've stayed in! There is a nice pool area and I could not believe the extensive breakfast with such an array of choices from scrambled eggs and ham with potatoes or oatmeal with amazing toppings, fruit and yogurt, cereal, juices and a waffle iron and yummy homemade muffins, it was great! We will be back and we will definitely stay here!

Casey was fabulous---not only at my stay, but especially while I was making my reservation. She was extremely helpful, whereas Ann was not at all and even rude. I would stay again because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Fortunately Ann was not working.
The hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I truly enjoyed the getaway.

The hotel is easy to find and near the I12 Highway allowing easy access, but is far enough away that there is not a noise issue. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The indoor swimming pool was clean and well maintained. My 8 and 10 year old grandsons came to stay with me for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the amenities. We had a small refrigerator and microwave in our room which was really helpful. All of the staff were very accomodating and made every effort to make my 10 day stay a pleasant one. With the free internet access I was able to go on line for the tourist info I needed and there is a business office with computer and printer available where I was able to print out my e-tickets, map quest instructions, etc. I also found that the hotel is a great central location for many of the local tourist attractions in the area, including New Orleans. I will stay there again given the opportunity.
