The beds were comfortable. I did make an enquiry about the curtains not shutting all the way and when I spoke with the front desk they said that it would be addressed when I check out. 1 bottle of water $3.00. The curtain situations was scarry.

Our stay in this hotel was very HOT. When we checked into our room at 12 am Thursday , the room temp was 77/78 degrees of humid harbor heat. We requested a new room and were told to“request new room in the morning”. Thank goodness the windows worked “slightly”. Room had dirty towels in the corner, bowl under the bed. After not being moved to another room on Saturday night we asked for a FAN at least. We were given fan from the kitchen (see photo). We’re told we would be comped for our bad experience. But no calls or emails. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Quick trip to Baltimore and this hotel was in close proximity to everything the Inner Harbor has to offer. It was clean, comfortable and easy check-in/out. I’m pretty picky when it comes to where I lay my head- will definitely stay again.

Decent hotel for the price but so sad to see so many homeless in Baltimore and particularly around the hotel and come away with the feeling of not feeling safe (when in reality it was probably safer than the midwest neighborhood I currently live in). Personally, I think it is important to see the real America so I didn't mind it so much but most people don't think like me.

Wonderful room and helpful staff!

The staff was excellent and my room was very comfortable! I was staying in Baltimore while working an event at the Convention Center. It was an easy walk to the convention center for my event. Everyone at the Sonesta was helpful, from the valet (who helped mend my wagon to haul my items) to the front desk workers (who assisted my companion who arrived very late at night). I would absolutely stay here again!
