Hotel itself and room was very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast food was ok.

It was $35 a night for parking- which is fine, but the valet said it was included up front as then we were told it wasn't when we went to check out. Same with breakfast- they made a point to tell us where breakfast was served and the first morning we just went in and helped ourselves and left and then the second morning they stopped us to get room number to charge us. Also, the whole hotel just feels really overly trendy. Like there isn't a front desk- just a guy with a tablet walking around, not in uniform. Took ten minutes for him to spot me walking around looking for help- I would have never just spotted him. It is a convenient location but that is where the convenience stops.

1st, I was lied to on phone before booking, told that parking was free, it was 35.00 a dayx2= 70.00, that couldnt afford, and it was valet or go around the corner to park for 20.00 a day.. 2nd Customer service lacking, there was no one there when we arrive for check in on Saturday. We waited about 2 minutes before someone came to check up in. They were friendly and seemed professional but unresposive when I called for 4 hours down to the pedestal, there was no front desk, Saturday night to no avail because the TV didnt work. Finally Sunday morning I called and someone came to my room and fixed the problem. That meant no TV at all Saturday night. I asked for the manager and they said Mr Carlos wouldn t be in until Monday morning. I asked for him Monday morning and they said he would not be in today and the female advised again that I should write down my issues and information, I did and gave it to her. 3rd. I felt unsafe because there was no one at the front pedestal from time to time. I called Sunday for a straight chair because the 1 chair in the room was too low, the female said ok, she would have one sent up right away, it never arrived and when I mentioned it to her when I went down, she said I could choose between two chairs she pointed out. I said forget it.

Keyonte (sp?) checked me in. By far the most efficient and professional check in ever! He also helped us with some comp passes to popular bars. So friendly too! This guy is gold. Hotel was very clean and we enjoyed everthing

I really loved the hotel lobby design and the room design. I appreciated the cleanliness of hardwood floors. Loved the big windows looking out on the city and the spacious bathroom. My only complaint was the breakfast. The first morning, the waitress never came over to me to ask if I wanted to order and I was there for a half hour. The second day I ordered and several people were served before me. I had to remind the waiter I'd ordered because he'd forgotten about me. When the breakfast did come, the yogurt was cheap, overly sweet pink stuff, the fruit was dried out like it had been cut the day prior and left uncovered and the muffin was very sweet and seemed like something you'd get at a gas station. I appreciate the gesture of this breakfast. It's a lot of food and it's trying to be pleasing and somewhat healthy, but the quality it poor. I think they'd be much better off to keep their coffee bar as is and also make breakfast self serve with just assorted pastries and assorted yogurts.

We stayed one night at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The rooms were well appointed and pleasantly decorated. The water pressure and shower size are fantastic. There was not a desk of fridge in the room if this is important to you. There is a moderate amount of street noise, even on the 9th floor. A drop down murphy twin bed along side the king was a great added perk. Our main complaints about the stay were the service. Although check in was fine, our experience in the morning trying to get breakfast service was sub par. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00am. At 6:15 we were still waiting around. It was a ghost town. There was no coffee out for guests and all we heard was fighting coming from the kitchen. We eventually just gave up as we had to leave for work. Hopefully the hotel is working on their staffing and customer service

Wonderful hotel and very close to harbor. Staff was very helpful and accommodating and the bar area was very relaxing!

The hotel is modern, similar to an aloft, and the staff were nice. There are some things that make this hotel not work for a business traveler. 1) There's no coffee in the room. This may seem like a small thing, but if you're working late (or waking up early) it makes a difference; 2) There's no desk in the room. This modern vibe isn't very ergonomic 3) The surrounding area is a bit sketchy (only two blocks from a bunch of strip clubs) and it gets NOISY outside at 5-6am in the morning. That said, it was cheaper than many other hotels a block closer to harbor, so if you're not bothered by above it may work for you. They have bikes you can use for free, so that seems like a nice perk for Baltimore tourist.

Great time! From the checking in to the checking out .... Great place! They have a dog park! Walk distance to the harbor...

Great design, friendly staff, large rooms and excellent location for inner harbor activities. Rooms need to be cleaned better.

Was there last year for opening weekend and it was incredible. Staff was great l, stay was great, food was great. The only reason we went back this year was because of last year. It has slipped, a lot. Mainly in the food and drink area.

This repurposed printing building is a funky but lovely little hotel. Staff is awesome, breakfast and coffee good, rooms spacious and clean, steps from the Inner Harbour. Only caution is be alert walking around after dark.

Staff is still figuring things out as a working space (bar, food etc). Ask if your continental breakfast is included or not- do not assume.

I stayed at the hotel for a work conference. It was in a perfect location. My room was really big and the bed was amazingly comfortable. I didn't want to leave when my conference was over. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great location. Modern feel to the hotel. Very nice staff.

Nice hotel, comfortable, very chic/modern. Good value for money. Would stay there again.

Beautiful trendy hotel, kids enjoyed the decor and amienities. Staff were not very knowledgeable about simple things like our reservation package, how things worked in the room, for example the front desk had to send maintenance up to the room to take do not disturb off the phone. Maintenance never came. Two things I absolutely did not like was paying 34 dollars a day for parking and the fraudulent long distance call charge on our bill. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel, very comfortable, relaxing and beautiful.

The hotel design is great and our room was really nice. Wooden floors, comfy bed and and in general couldn't be better. Where the hotel is not at its best is on check in. They have 2 self check in stations which didn't recognized my reservation details. So I had to figure out where was the check in desk which didn't looked like it. The person that was in charge at the time was very rude, slow with other people's check out procedures and honestly was a big contrast to this whole concept of hip hotel that is portrayed. Couldn't make our check in at the time of arrival because they were fully booked and was before 3.00pm so when we came back the lady that actually did the check in was kind and fast to attend our request. Location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to everywhere in Baltimore. No parking at the hotel though, only valet. However there is a nearby parking (1 block from the hotel) @ $18/day.

It was great until I dropped $1300 in $100 bills in the bathroom in lobby and it disappeared. Called 4 times to see if it it was handed in but no luck.

I was very impressed with look & decor newly renovated & opened disappointed in lack of coffee maker in room no desk-type table to work at
