Not a Summer Rental!!

With no A/C you have to have the windows and doors open all night and the Road Noise from I-70 is very obnoxious and made it difficult to sleep! Unit does not have an Ice Maker in the fridge!

Decent unit but overpriced for quality

This unit looks nicer online than it is in person. It’s somewhat rundown and was dusty when we arrived. Towels were dingy. Getting in and out of the building is a bit cumbersome. There was construction and a lot of strange noises throughout our stay. The location is convenient to a lot of shops, restaurants, and groceries. Overall, it is an ok unit, but quite pricey for the quality. There are better units for the same or less money.

Not a homerun

The positives first. It is a great location for the ski express bus stop. It had good restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable as were pillows. The place was clean and well stocked with necessities including conventional spices. The parking was great, although difficult to park in the spots as it was tight. We witnessed everyone struggling with this while parking. Upon arrival we were met with a strong chemical floral scent. It gave me a migraine and with the altitude it didn’t help breathing. We contacted the host who did apologize. The toilets also both plugged. We contacted the host but no comment or help was given. We did have a plunger and one toilet did unplug. We are used to staying at the Westin or Sheraton and asked if we could leave our car parked somewhere at the complex while we skied until 3pm after our 10am check out. That was a firm no. The Westin and Sheraton always say yes. Overall we felt it was a cold experience with the host. We loved the extra space a condo afforded us but won’t be straying from the warm comforts of the hotel again. This is the only location we ever hotel… we have been Vrbo or airb&b renters for over ten years. First really not so happy experience at one.

Great location. Close to restaurants, grocery and a 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek to ski. The condo was a great size for our family. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There were kid and dog prints on the door to the patio and a bit dusty in the living room but the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Beaver Creek Ski Trip

The place was beautiful. Very clean, very quiet, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Facing east/southeast gives a nice view of the morning sunrise. The indoor parking made you feel secure about your car. Nice location as you can walk to shops and restaurants.

Great View In Town

We had a fantastic time staying here. The property manager had great communication and you could tell they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. While being in town, we couldn't have asked for a better view. Ski rentals and a grocery store are a block away, as well as dining. For the price I don't think we could have found much better.
