We arrived late at night and the building numbers are not lit, which made it difficult to find where we were staying. The pictures of the kitchen showed that there was a coffee pot, but all we found was a dirty Keurig machine with standing water in it. Not that I would have used a coffee pot anyway, because there were roaches and other small bugs all over the counter, cabinets, trash can, sink, etc. The kitchen was completely unusable. When I brought this up the person we were renting from, he immediately deflected the blame to someone else. He took no responsibility whatsoever. No offer to help, no apology, nothing. I sent several pictures of the insects to him via email and nothing was done about it. We are absolutely disgusted by this place. Not to mention the toddler upstairs who runs back and forth ALL DAY LONG.
