Family Get Together

The property was very conveniently located to the things that we were interested in doing. It was nice to have the whole family in one place so we could play corn hole and watch movies during our down time getting out of the heat.

Thanksgiving family gathering

Three families stayed at this house to celebrate Thanksgiving. We all had a great time. We had a barbecue in the backyard and enjoyed watching football on the porch TV. Great setup!

Good long term stay

We rented here for over a month . Plenty of space and overall a positive experience. Owner response time was exceptional. Good location south of Austin, plenty of walking on sidewalks. Some neighbors dogs were a bit noisy as some are left unattended at night . Other than that , I’d highly recommended this VRBO.

Great stay in Austin

The host was friendly, communicated in a timely manner, and was more than accomodating. The home was staged nicely and was even prettier in person. We felt safe and loved that our location wasnt far from where we needed to be. This was a fantastic stay and I'd be thrilled to visit again!

Family get together

Exactly as advertised. Nicely clean, stocked with various things for a fun family weekend (bag boards, Cribbage board, TV out back, TVs with cable). The fenced in backyard was great to let the dogs fetch ball and get some grass on feet. Situated in a quiet family type neighborhood. The backyard covered patio and yard were awesome. The bed in MBR was super comfortable.

Great House, Host & Location!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in Austin at David’s Vrbo! The house is very well maintained and comfortable for a relaxing trip to Austin. We had a couple dogs with us as well and really appreciated the fenced in backyard for them to run around and play in plus David had some good amenities for our one year old daughter. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Amazing first trip to Austin, TX

This was my family and I first trip to Austin and we certainly had an amazing time. David was very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations that we loved. The house was exactly how it appeared in the pictures & it was clean when we arrived. Only complaint I could say is I wish there were more towels available in the house.

Bachelor Party BBQ Pad

This place was perfect for my bachelor party. Had a good amount of beds and couch space. The amenities were very nice and the property was too. The outdoor space was supreme and the grill allowed us to cook in 1 night. Cornhole was also a good social game provided by the property. Truly no complaints and David was an amazing host who communicated quickly and as needed. Would definitely stay again, 5 stars.

Great House Great Host

House conveniently located between Airport and Down Town Austin. Backyard was great for hanging out mid day before going down town. And the layout is perfect for big groups. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process. My friend left his computer at the house after we checked out. The Owner found the computer, drove to fedex and overnighted it back to my friend. Would highly recommend vacationing here.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean, the check-in process was so easy and the host was super helpful! We had a problem with the living room tv while we were there, and he was nice enough to stop by and help us fix it! There is plenty of space, a really nice backyard, and it is in a great location close to the airport and hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this stay to a friend!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

What more could we ask? Well…our host, David, was also a great communicator- quick to respond to our queries provide tons of information about Austin’s activities, food, music venues, etc. The house was super clean in a quiet neighborhood, accessible to most parts of Austin in 30 minutes or less. The beds were wonderful, with smooth sheets, fluffy covers, lots of pillows. Coffee, creamers and water were provided. The back porch was our favorite hang out with sitting , dining and drinking areas, TV, fridge and corn hole. Our two doggies enjoyed their time almost as much as we did. Thank you David!

A great space for entertaining and had everything we needed.

I used this space for hosting a Friendsgiving. Since we all not have a small apartment we needed a larger space for entertaining . Owners were great with communication and the space was wonderful. All my friends and family had a great night and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve dinner. Also had great living area for board games. And my 3 pups loved the backyard! Thank you!

Perfect for a big group

This property definitely exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, has a nice backyard, fully stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags, pots/pans, keurig, kcups, and some water bottles in the fridge when we arrived. The beds also had VERY soft sheets!! The house is just a short uber away from downtown. The host is quick to respond to any questions you have and is also super friendly. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely come back and stay in this house again!
