This property was fabulous! The layout was great for our needs, the view was fantastic, and the staff downstairs and at valet were very helpful. We will definitely book this location in the future.

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice, new building in a great location in Austin. The property was very clean, safe, and nicely furnished. Noticed that some internal doors were hollow, which I thought was weird given the overall upscale nature of this new developement, but it wasn’t a problem - just my observation. Staff were friendly, and check-in was easy. I would absolutely stay here again. Five stars on everything! Thanks!

Family fun

We had a 4 day trip with our daughters and thier friends ages 20 to 23. Rainy St bars and restaurants were very close. The city has many was to get around. The average Uber was about 10 and that was to travel about 2 miles. Look for the Waymo cars. The property was absolutely everything we hoped for. It's definitely a great property

We have stayed with Natiivo multiple times, this will most likely be our last due to the cleanliness of the rooms. We love how convenient the location is however and all the amenities.

The place was comfortable, but the technology was terrible. Televisions sets needing to be reset every day. Thermostat that can’t be set to turn off when the set temperature is reached. Key cards that stop working. Renting through Vacasa means waiting literal days to have your message answered. Really enjoyed Austin and this is a great location, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Great location, beautiful building and comfortable apartment

I loved the apartment because it was clean, modern, and comfortable. Perfect apartment. The view is awesome, but the construction is loud and begins promptly at 5:3oam and goes all day. The location is good, but it is very dirty all around the property. Trash everywhere and that really affects my decision to stay there again.

We spent a week in Austin and the location was perfect. This is our second trip to this building and we had a great time. Only downside for the last couple days was a dance competition in the area which meant the pool was overcrowded with over 30 kids jumping and splashing, using the lounge chairs as diving boards and parents were not watching their kids. We were not able to enjoy a planned relaxing day at the pool.

Pretty good

The property is in a great location for walking to most of the high points in the city. We walked 5 miles most days checking things out. The housekeepers did a good job but a deep clean is needed…the walls are marred, scuffed, and need cleaning or touch up paint. A real coffee pot would be much better than what we had. The carpets need a deep clean to remove stains. That said, it was clean over all. Pool was beautiful. You will hear noise. The walls are thin.

A Dream!

I would move into this condo! It's comfortable, chic, and the views are to die for. It truly is a home away from home while on vacation. We loved the convenience to all, the rooftop pool and the starter kit (laundry, soap etc) that just made it easy to get there and start living! The towels are amazing, the bedding is super soft, beds are perfect (the ONLY negative I have is that the pillows are VERY uncomfortable). I would definitely suggest having a few different types and sizes of pillows in the unit. They were hard to sleep with - all 4 of us agreed. Otherwise, a perfect stay and it was hard to leave!

Weekend Get-Away

We loved the location of this unit ... just steps from the trail around Lady Bird Lake and within easy walking distance to rent kayaks, a mini grocery store and many great restaurants. We brought our dog, who enjoyed his trips to the 10th floor dog area. The rooftop pool was a great spot to cool off. The unit had a microwave and a cooktop (not an oven), which was fine for our short visit. The kitchen was adequately but minimally stocked (i.e., there were pans, flatware, dishes, etc., but no olive oil, salt & pepper, or other basics). From the balcony we had a nice view of the lake and could see the bats emerge from the Congress Street Bridge every night. We were warned that there was construction nearby. For those who are sensitive to noise, be aware that the unit is very close to I-35, and you can hear cars all night.
