Stunning First Floor Duplex Home includes 2 BR with1 queen bed, 1 full bed with trundle, cozy sleeper sofa sectional in living room, sunroom with magnificent kitchen, brand new appliances, 1 full bathroom with a HEATED FLOOR, covered porch with chairs, outside shower, full size washer/dryer, brand new central air system w/ 3 independent controlled thermostats for each room (mini splits AC/heat), high-speed internet w/ Wi-Fi, & 3 brand new, mounted TV's that enables you to stream your favorite Apps!! We provide fresh linen/towels unless you prefer your own. We also include 4 beach tags & 4 beach chairs for all of your beach fun!!. Fantastic location!! ONE block from the BEACH, 5 min. walk from the playground, basketball/tennis courts, skating park, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS & Acme!! 5 min. drive from Atlantic City Casinos & Spas, boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife! We do not allow pets, smoking, or parties since we are a cute, quaint, & quiet home! Our family resides in the home above and are on the property regularly if you ever need assistance. An amazing and perfect beach house
We loved it! Perfect for a relaxing trip to Brigantine Beach. The front porch for relaxing and provided beach chairs and tags were awesome! We will be back!

Memorial Day Weekend
My friend and I decided to go to the beach. We thought it was perfect. The place was clean and the host had everything we needed to be comfortable. They made it very easy. We had a great time. We would definitely like to stay another time.
