Stunning First Floor Duplex Home includes 2 BR with1 queen bed, 1 full bed with trundle, cozy sleeper sofa sectional in living room, sunroom with magnificent kitchen, brand new appliances, 1 full bathroom with a HEATED FLOOR, covered porch with chairs, outside shower, full size washer/dryer, brand new central air system w/ 3 independent controlled thermostats for each room (mini splits AC/heat), high-speed internet w/ Wi-Fi, & 3 brand new, mounted TV's that enables you to stream your favorite Apps!! We provide fresh linen/towels unless you prefer your own. We also include 4 beach tags & 4 beach chairs for all of your beach fun!!. Fantastic location!! ONE block from the BEACH, 5 min. walk from the playground, basketball/tennis courts, skating park, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS & Acme!! 5 min. drive from Atlantic City Casinos & Spas, boardwalk, restaurants, & nightlife! We do not allow pets, smoking, or parties since we are a cute, quaint, & quiet home! Our family resides in the home above and are on the property regularly if you ever need assistance.
