False Advertising.
If you book a room that says ocean view or ocean front, don't book it. I was told it must have been a misunderstanding because they don't have any ocean front or view rooms. Out of the corner of 1 window, we could see a tiny piece of the bay. The booking process was a nightmare. I'm not good with computers at my age and knowing AC gets a lot of seniors, why would they require you to do parts of the process on a computer or phone with picture taking capabilities. Just beware and maybe phone contact with the owner of the property will help. If the person lies on the phone, red flag, but get the name and contact info of that person. The booking problems(at one point, my reservation was cancelled by a computer automatically) and the stress of not getting the ocean front that I booked, just doubled the stress I was going to AC to get rid of. The only semi-positive, they said they could only compensate for a max of $100 which they did. Thank you for that.
