This oceanfront property with sweeping and breathtaking views boasts a spacious and open concept design, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms, and is perfect for families or groups looking for a beach getaway. "The Mizpah Collection" property is located only 100 feet from the beach access, providing easy access to the sand and surf.

The property features a variety of bedding options, including a private queen bedroom with a private bath, a master king room upstairs, two double queen rooms upstairs, a single queen room downstairs, and a downstairs bedroom with both a king and queen bed.

The full private bathrooms are luxurious and fully updated, featuring a jacuzzi tub with tile walls in the downstairs bathroom and a fully tiled walk-in shower upstairs. The bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing space to rest after a day at the beach.

The open concept main indoor living area, including the spacious living room, large dining room, and full kitchen, allows guests to spend quality time together while enjoying the ocean views from the two ocean side private extensive balconies / decks with great outdoor seating. The top deck is an open sun deck while the bottom level deck is partly waterproofed. The property also features an enclosed outdoor shower under the deck, a foot washing station on the deck, and ample parking for up to 5 cars.

Annual family beach get together

The house was great. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms ration was perfect. The porch was huge and all 8 of us could sit out there together. The fact that it was shaded is the best! It was too hot for the hot tub but the view from up there was great. Kitchen was very well stocked. Very impressed. Table for dining was a bit undersized for the number of guests the house can accommodate. Really close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars but on a dead end so almost no traffic. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect family spot in Atlantic Beach

We were down around the holidays with two families. Even though it was cold, the hot tub made the vacation great. The house is cute and has 6 bedrooms so we had plenty of room to spread out. We walked to Idle Hour Beer Garden for lunch, Crystal Coast Brewing for beers, and Bahia for a very nice dinner. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

A perfect week

This was our first vacation on the NC coast, and we made it a family affair because our son had just moved from OH to NC for a new job. It was a great location, convenient to the shops and restaurnts, and just 50 feet from the walkway across the dunes to the beach. The house was great for reading on the top level by the hottub, playing games and sharing meals on the main floor. The two decks were great - top one to laze in the sun, and the lower one to relax in the shade. We couldn't be happier with our home choice.

The property manager well informed our group of what to expect from our stay and kept the communication lines open our entire weekend. Location and Comfort

We just returned from our family vacation to Atlantic Beach. This home was perfect for our family! Everyone had their own bedroom (traveling with teens, this was a blessing) and the room size and decor was pleasing and made our stay even more wonderful. We had the teens take over the lower level and the adults stayed upstairs. The house had everything we needed - linens and plenty of towels - kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the water cooler. Beautifully decorated and flooring was pretty easy (no carpet) to keep swept from the beach - hoses to wash feet off before entry and an outside shower! The hot tub was wonderful to enjoy in the evenings and plenty of furniture on the decks to relax and listen to the waves. Our family dogs were welcomed at the home - which was wonderful to have them with us. The best part was the house was 100 feet to the beach access walkway. The location of the property is so close to many restaurants and shops. Easy location to check out surrounding towns and pier. Highly recommend. The communication was absolutely wonderful and so easy to check in and out. Go enjoy Atlantic Beach and this house and host enhanced our trip, thank you!!

Perfect for a Getaway with Friends

Our group of 12 had an absolutely effortless weekend in this adorable house. There was plenty of space for everyone plus our doggo. Location is fantastic as it only takes about 6 minutes to walk to coffee/bars/restaurants and less than 3 minutes to a prime beach spot. Plus the chairs, boogie boards, and towels provided made traveling from far away simpler. Management is timely and helpful to boot! Would absolutely recommend this place.

The house was very clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. Everything was shown/described correctly except for the larger downstairs bedroom. I believe it was 2 queens, but the picture shows a queen and 2 twin beds - picture just needs to be updated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

We were in the Atlantic Beach area for a wedding and the house, besides being in a perfect location for us, was just as described. The pics did not do it justice! Joe was very helpful with any questions we had and responded very promptly! Our only suggestions would be to clean up under the deck and work on curb appeal. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for the finish to our race

Myself an 5 others competed in a relay race that ended at the boardwalk in Atlantic Beach. This was the perfect place to walk back to in the end. Convenience to the beach is excellent and the decks were used more than the house in our 3 night stay. Finally, location to food, groceries, and other activities is perfect.

Not Ready for Prime Time

When we arrived, the back of the property was all dug up as there was a problem with the septic system. Joe, the owner, was at the house Every Day of our stay working on the septic system and the leak in the roof (yep). We were advised to take short showers and to use the washing machine minimally. It was inconvenient, to say the least, and annoying that Joe did not respond to my offer of constructive criticism or offer any type of compensation for our bother. There are additional, smaller, issues - like the mold downstairs and the mattress pad that smelled strongly of body odor. The "renovations" downstairs were done hastily and with a heavy hand. The term "smoke and mirrors" comes to mind. The exterior has random stuff strewn all over, including broken cinder blocks, building materials, tools and beach stuff. We found the kitchen well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Access to the beach is great, although there was no sitting on the deck enjoying the view, as most of the outdoor furniture was water-logged and therefore unusable. It was our first trip to Atlantic Beach, and we plan to return but will definitely look for a different rental.

Great property and location

The house has been recently renovated and looks very nice. Plenty of bedrooms and a great open-concept kitchen/dining room/living room. Two great decks and an outdoor shower. The house is fully stocked with kitchen equipment, board games, TVs, and even some beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. We had 9 people 17 years old and up and were very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything. Highly recommended!
