Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th stay at A Place at the Beach, but our first time in this unit. It was comparable in size to others we have stayed in and sufficiently comfortable. The living room furniture smelled a bit of mustiness and perhaps pet? There was also limited kitchenware compared to what we have seen in the past. And finally, an entire closet was unusable because of a locked cabinet. I know this is common as I'm sure the owners use this space, but it definitely made the stay less comfortable for a family of 4 for an entire week. I don't prefer to live out of my suitcase. All in all, we always love to stay at A Place at the Beach and appreciated the size and comfort of this unit for the week.
