Your separate entrance opens into your spacious open concept living room/kitchen which separates a king executive suite from two bedrooms and bath, all tastefully decorated in a comfortable, eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings. Hardwoods floors, granite counter tops, copper sinks, clawfoot tub, jacuzzi, walk-in shower, huge cherry top island, fireplace, treadmill, beautiful decor, screened porch, hammock, and rocking chair veranda - all nestled in the woods!

This beautiful space is perfect for a corporate rental, for someone looking to relocate to Milton (we are in the Cambridge High School district), for someone visiting family nearby, or for someone looking for a getaway that isn't so far away.

Jump into the Executive King Suite's king sleigh bed or snuggle up on the sofa in its lounging area. Once you enjoy the luxury of TWO full bathrooms in your suite - one with a jetted tub and one with a walk-in shower, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it!

Or take a soak in a beautiful claw foot tub! This elegant bathroom in south wing of the apartment is shared by the queen and full bedrooms -- both with private bathroom entrances.

Milton is peppered with equestrian farms. Our quiet gravel road is lined with several of them. Enjoy daily walks or runs up and down its mile long park-like terrain.

This is not a subdivision home! With nearly three private acres, our home has multiple outdoor living areas to enjoy this peaceful, wooded setting. And rural though it is, we have conveniences galore five miles away - - Ga 400, Milton and Alpharetta shopping and restaurants, MARTA Park-and-Ride, and many corporate offices.

We also rent a guest suite, mini studio on the terrace level which is also available for rent on this site. If you are interested in adding one more guest to your party, this space is ideal. It offers a private patio, kitchenette, a full bed, and private bathroom. We always communicate with our guests if someone is renting that space to let them know who to expect on the property.

We also occupy the lower/terrace level and offer excellent customer service as a result of our close proximity. For our privacy, we ask that our guests not use the back yard (unless arranged in advance), but the front yard is all yours:-). While the screened porch is for your private use, we share the back deck and propane grill with you, but we try to give our guests as much privacy as possible. Our goal is to give our guests a beautiful, peaceful, private home-away-from-home experience.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Perfect home for long or short stay

We had a great time and appreciated the large kitchen. We were in town for a baby shower and the kitchen was perfect for food preparation. The location lets you feel you are away from the city, and still have shopping/restaurants within a few minutes drive.

This is a lovely home with a great kitchen. We were catering a family party &the kitchen was so well stocked.The master bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is surrounded by beautiful hardwoods and we enjoyed the peak of color change. The owner communicates well and delivered paper towels which were missing. It is a very quite location as well.

Warm and friendly when you first walk in. Beautiful decor and comfortable chairs and seating in every room. Open kitchen with an accommodating island for 6-10 people to gather and eat meals. Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was a group of 4 people getting ready for a wedding. It was a perfect house that was far away from Atlanta traffic but still close enough for me to get to Atlanta within 45 minutes. The house was SPACIOUS, giving every person ample amounts of space to live freely. It was a nice, clean home that I would love to return to.

Christmas stay

My husband and I stayed here the week of Christmas. It was central to our two children and their families. The home was perfect for our needs. We were able to host our gift exchange with the grandchildren and there was even a Christmas tree in the living room. The home was very well decorated and all the furniture and beds very new and comfortable. The kitchen was also newly renovated. My husband even commented that this was the most home like feel of any we have ever stayed in. We would recommend it highly.

Private, serene and quiet

We enjoyed our stay, but be aware that two of the bathrooms are in the master suite, and the other one serves two bedrooms. The shower in that bathroom is in a clawfoot tub, so its not super easy to use without making a mess. Other than that, high marks from all 3 of us.

Nice house "apartment", quiet neighborhood, clean and tidy

The home is very much like the listing's photos. Clean and tidy. It is on a dirt road but only a couple hundred yards from the paved road. The owners live in the walk out basement under the "apartment". If you like to cook you will find the kitchen is lacking. The Mrs spoke to us on our way out and we told her that we were disappointed with the kitchen. If you don't cook, it won't be an issue.

Not for those with dogs!

Beware if you want to bring your dogs. They say they are pet friendly, but any little whimper will get complaints. The owners live right below and will bug you to death if they hear a little peep. Our dog is well behaved and we were bugged so much by the owners that we had to leave. They wouldn’t even work with us to get any kind of refund. Don’t allow pets if you are so bothered by them! Would not recommend this place at all!
