Easy check in. Clean room. Great service. Amenities parking

Beautiful indoor pool and deck. $35 self-parking involves long, winding walks through the hotel property. Room was clean and comfortable, but hallways were very nosy on a Saturday night. We did not experience "free internet." My wife hit a paywall, so we used our phone's hotspot instead.

The property is in a good location downtown. It’s a Sheraton, so you get what is expected. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was dust on the surfaces and two strands of hair in the bathtub. One of the towels also had makeup stains and the sheets also had hair on them. They need to work on housekeeping greatly. Other than that, it’s a Sheraton.

The price per night did not match the quality of the hotel. It was very dated. Old, dark elevators. Rooms are very simple. Old carpet in hallways.

Smells stale, no WiFi if not a member.. it’s been the same for almost 2 years

Upon arrival I was told I was bumped into a different room than I has booked. I explained that I called the day before to verify my reservation all was good. Until I arrived, I was told it was up to the hotel not the third party who booked it. I was also told if you read the fine print it stated that in the booking. I told him I trusted the booking and the call to to the hotel and thought that I would not have to read the fine print. He stated if you worked in the hospitality industry as he does you would have known. He stated that is what I get for not booking directly with the hotel. My room was not ready and I had to wait several hours due to the hotel being over booked for my room to be cleaned. The clerk PRINCE was very rude. I have stayed here before but was never treated like this! There was a shooting across the street from the hotel and 2 died so we could not leave the hotel the next morning even with valley parking. The streets were closed off so we had to wait. Monica and Victoria the clerks were polite. I was told I would be comped parking and breakfast but it did not happen.

The pool was wonderful, not sure why the hot tub wasn’t working. the 45 minute check-in time definitely was not very cool and then the first room we got in had no air-conditioning and rather then just go ahead and put us in another room they send a tech. And when they couldn’t fix the AC after another hour we finally got settled into a room. So basically over two hours spent trying to get settled into our room. With no apologies or compensation for my time.

We really liked the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. But the price for breakfast is definitely too high.

Everything from checking in was excellent our room was in perfect condition too. Staff was friendly.

Poor customer service! My room was not ready after a day full of traveling and the managers on duty were rude and very unaccommodating. I will never return there and will not recommend that anyone goes there.

Everything was great! Except there was not alcoholic beverage at the Sheraton Club

The entire first floor has loud bangs inside rooms for a every car that passes
