I was disappointed with this property for multiple reasons. Upon arriving I learned there would be an additional $27 per night resort fee which is a huge markup on the price per night I already paid Orbitz. They didn’t have a king size bed that I reserved so they “upgraded” me to a suite. I was in suite 201 which is the ground floor of this hotel. On one side of the room was a hallway with noisy people traversing up and down into the early morning hours. The other side was the pool. Luckily only a handful of folks used it. While the rooms were large, they weren’t nice. Bedroom had 1 full size bed, not the promised queen. No dressers or night stands in the bedroom at all. No lights by the bed. No TV in the bedroom. The living room area had a TV. It was unplugged and disconnected! I managed to find the cable chord to plug it in and get the TV working. To watch TV, they had a couch and two arm chairs squeezed into each other along the wall. If you sat there the rooms heating/cooling unit constantly blowed hard on you. The thermostat setting could be changed but it didn’t actually change the temperature or the speed of the fan. It was basically an on/off switch. The suite had a large walk in closet. This closet had one shelf that ran along all sides and was 5 1/2 feet off the floor. Only about 2 feet of the shelf had a pole for the 6 clothes hangers. A small room outside the bathroom was empty. No table, mirror chairs or lights. I would not recommend this property.

The room was disgusting. Blood/Seman?? stains on the walls. Crappy DIY barn door for the bathroom. Bathroom had pubes in the shower still and stuck to the ceiling. Toilet paper roll holder was broken. Staff was un friendly. Got charged a BS $108 "destination fee" upon check out that was clearly hidden somewhere in fine print. Cockroaches roam everywhere immediately outside the hotel. Just overall terrible experience. Will never stay there again even if they paid me to.

Pictures on Expedia are way nicer than the hotel is in person. Very out dated hotel, gave us a room with a view to a rooftop with mold even though we asked for a nice room.

Its just OK

The front foyer has been remodeled, the rest of the hotel has not. The employees are so kind. There is a $75 charge to check in early. The halls and rooms have a terrible mildew smell on the lower levels. If your room faces the pool, it is very loud. Original room had stains on sheets. You can drop your bags early and leave them after checkout wifhout a charge.

double charged

I used the hotels app to book my stay but when I get there, they told me it was not in their system. they booked me again and charged me double. when I called the hotel they told me it was the app when they clearly double charged me.

I loved this property from the pictures, but in person, everything was completely different. The first bad thing I noticed in my hotel room, was the stopped up tub. Secondly, the air conditioning was nonexistent! This was the first time ever staying at a hotel where the room wasn’t freezing cold, the room wasn’t even cold to be honest. Third, there were dirty spots on my mattress and by the second day, my skin was reacting very badly to the sheets. If that’s not enough, on my last night I noticed that I was in a double jointed room when I selected a deluxe room, maybe that’s why the “sound proof” was nonexistent as well. The staff never communicated this to me before hand! And I forgot to mention, I went down to the bar to get a beer and the bartender took forever to even acknowledge the fact I was sitting there. He mad it known he wanted to leave two hours ago, so he allowed that to show and provide terrible customer service. I’d never spend my money here again!

They only clean the room every 3days. Don't expect to have your bed made or trash taken out. Just poor management and under staffed. The hotel has plenty of potential. But, unfortunately they don't have the bandwidth to provide a five star stay
