Wonderful stay for the weekend. Great pool area and food! Loved the breakfast buffet. Also easy check in! I would stay here again!!!

Nice property overall

This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is a minus no star hotel. There is no stars associated with this hotel.

Only valet parking at such a high rate is ridiculous. AC in the room was terrible. I had to keep it on 60 just to keep the room manageable. AC in the ballrooms didn’t work well. The fridge was not turned on. The microwaves upstairs were so slow and took forever to heat anything.The bed was HORRIBLE!! I hurt for days after sleeping on it. We never received housekeeping services during our stay. Didn’t get trash emptied, fresh linens or beds made. Rain shower head was WAY TO BIG for the small size of the tub.

We were okay being exiled to the South Tower, away from all amenities, but then only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. The hotel was packed for a convention, so waits were EXTREMELY long. We were on the 5th floor, and one of the "5" buttons in the elevator was broken. In our room, the phone was broken, a bedside lamp was broken, and the desk lamp had a broken switch. The emergency phone by the elevator in our floor was broken. Way too many things broken for the prices charged at this property!

This property is not The Sheraton anymore and shows in service. They still want to charge same prices. When we arrived for Thanksgiving holiday I was told I booked a regular double room. Orbitz reservations in email confirmed, I actually paid extra for a pool side room, so my son could go in and out easily. After arguing w staff , I did finally get the room I paid for. Nothing like this ever happened while Sheraton.

The hotel room had a few roaches in the room, which was very unpleasant. Also, the overall cleanliness of the room was simply average. To spend this amount I definitely expected a higher level of class.

Love the decor and size of room

Good deal compared to the other properties around there I paid half what I would have paid and the property and staff were great. There are a lot of homeless in the area but

My room was by the elevator which made it noisy every time someone went to the elevator I expected more counter space in the bathroom but I made it work. I found one bug in the bathroom and the safe didn’t work. The bed was comfortable and roomy. It was a close to attractions but I didn’t feel safe walking in the area. Homeless people are present in all the cities but they were very persistent in this area. I took a train to the hotel which wasn’t bad but I didn’t feel comfortable taking it back especially first thing in the morning. I didn’t drive because I thought it was ridiculous the charge for parking there. Taking a Uber/Lift was easy.

Great deal

The property was great however $45 per night and I stayed four nights gets expensive. Peace
