All good

The rooms are old and need to be updated and had a smell. They were not cleaned very well, as we found a brush under the best from a previous guest. We were poolside, and they had no quiet hours, so it was very loud and hard to sleep. I tried calling guest services multiple times and no one answered. I finally had to walk down there to talk to them and get extra supplies. For the price and the cost of parking I could’ve stayed a lot closer to our event at the Georgia World Congress Center and been able to walk there. We thought we were getting a deal, but we got what we paid for, a low rent hotel with horrible customer service.

Chaunice is amazing! She is one of the main reasons we had such a great experience!

Check in was a nightmare. First, I called the hotel a month in advance to ask for adjoining rooms and they said they didn't have them at that hotel, but then we were checked in to one room that clearly had an adjoining door.... then, only 1 of our 4 rooms was even ready at check in time. An hour after check in time, we were told they didn't have any of the room types I paid for left. I asked to speak to the manager whom ended up putting us in the room type we paid for so... did she lie??? Then, we had over $100 per room of extra taxes, fees, and charges that we weren't expecting. We booked at a little less than $200 for 2 nights per room and ended up paying well over $300 per room. NOT what we were expecting. The pool was loud and crazy, there was a police presence at the pool.... I'm not sure if I should be thankful or scared that police are empolyed to watch over the pool on weekends.... Tons of marijuana smoking all around our rooms and in the parking garage. Just not a family atmosphere at all. Very disappointed in our stay and ruin my daughter's birthday celebration.

This place sucks, the bedding was dirty, the vents in the room were all filled with dust and debri for ages it seems like. Only 2 people checking in at the reception had no way of standing in the long lines just to ask for towels. It was ridiculous

Nice people work there... peaseeful.... need to allow early check-in though

They didn’t replace towels and there was no bags in the trash cans in the room. The staff was very passive and not friendly at all

This hotel is not convenient for business trips. Loud, motel ambience!! Definitely not a three star hotel. Front desk was friendly, professional and check out was a breeze...

Very nice hotel with a wonderful staff. I have to say though that I have to give it a neutral rating because I can’t see any fathomable reason to take away the morning in-room coffee. Please let people decide for themselves whether they feel comfortable touching the individually wrapped packages of coffee. I’m thinking that this was a cost cutting measure during this crazy time, but that’s certainly not appreciated when the website still lists it as an amenity and the price hasn’t changed. Coming back around to the staff. They were great. They kindly brought me the in-room coffee that was lacking. Taken on a macro level though, they really need to change this policy.

Easy check in. Clean room. Great service. Amenities parking

Beautiful indoor pool and deck. $35 self-parking involves long, winding walks through the hotel property. Room was clean and comfortable, but hallways were very nosy on a Saturday night. We did not experience "free internet." My wife hit a paywall, so we used our phone's hotspot instead.

The property is in a good location downtown. It’s a Sheraton, so you get what is expected. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was dust on the surfaces and two strands of hair in the bathtub. One of the towels also had makeup stains and the sheets also had hair on them. They need to work on housekeeping greatly. Other than that, it’s a Sheraton.

The price per night did not match the quality of the hotel. It was very dated. Old, dark elevators. Rooms are very simple. Old carpet in hallways.

Smells stale, no WiFi if not a member.. it’s been the same for almost 2 years

Thank you for your review. As a brand standard, Sheraton does not place trash bags in guest bins, but are happy to provide upon request. Due to COVID-19, we are happy to service guest rooms daily, upon request.
