I am furious! I paid extra for Club Level, only to check in and find out the Club Lounge is closed during our stay. There was no benefit for staying at this level and I paid extra for this amenity. The hotel did not even bother to let us know prior to check-in or during the check-in process. They did not say anything until I inquired about the house of the lounge. When i stayed I was disappointed, they simply shrugged it off. My husband took my daughter down to the “heated-indoor” pool....it was FREEZING! They also didn’t have the hot tub open. Housekeeping is a JOKE! The cart stayed outside my room the entire day. I would come and go throughout the day. Housekeeper came in at some time, threw the covers up...did NOT empty trash...replaced towels, took all hand towels but did not replace and did not bother to do anything with dirty washcloths. She did not replace or give any additional soaps during our stay or replace glasses in the room. The housekeepers were in the hall for hours as I came and went, always on their phones. We were told we would be given a discount on the $42/day valet for some of our troubles from an earlier stay....nope. We were charged full price. My friends also found bedbugs in their room!!!! We have had HORRIBLE stays the past two times we have come!! The only reason we return is because of this being the host hotel for our daughter’s dance conventions. Next convention, I will stay elsewhere!

Very friendly staff beautiful property although the jacuzzi spa was out of order

We were on the 1st floor and all day people were running above us and it was very annoying. We weren't able to really get much sleep. We found a disturbing note in our room.

The fact i wanted to pay in cash and they wanted me too leave a $200 hold on my card when i booked my room to hold on my card and pay in cash when i checked in so i had too road all over Atlanta to get a room so no am not happy

Very good accommodation here!! Will be returned next to Atlanta again!

Very dirty hotel riggt next to an abandoned high rise apartment complex. I was quite frankly scared tge entire time I was in that creepy hotel! Orbitz shod be ashamed to be advertising that dump for close to $100 a night and the pictures didn't convey it to be below the liw life level of a Motel 6, but it is and should be half the price they are asking!! Im furious at Orbitz over this!!!!

Nice location but did not have the King bed room that I paid for and expected. I was put in a double, and they never informed me at check-in that they had sold out of my room type. After they apologized, they only offered free breakfast the next morning. Also, the decor, elevators, and rooms need an entire face lift. Hallways are dark and old which isn’t what you’d expect considering the lobby decor. Spend your money elsewhere. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Good food at restaurant but highly priced

Awesome hotel. Wonderful staff! Comfortable room that was clean and quiet.

Nice hotel within 15/20 minute walk of everything. The staff were phenomenal! They were so nice. The pool was beautiful, the jacuzzi could have been cleaned more frequently. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Guy checking me in wasn't very nice. Seems when I book room through you all i get the worse rooms. They stuck me in the south wing where I had the worst view.

Good location. Elevator went out a few times the first day I was there but it's not too bad. Bed was a little too soft for my comfort but that's just personal preference.

Nice hotel Clean sheets I don't agree the price for parking.

Nice location, good service, spacious room, comfortable bed

Everything was fine but we couldn’t sleep because of how loud other people were at 2-3 am.. music loud and kids talking super loud

It is a nice hotel, but in a high traffic area. Also, we were charged $42 for valet parking, no signage or verbal communication at any time. i could see $10-15 but $42?! That alone will stop me from being a repeat visitor, that or I would use Uber. Self parking was a ways to walk and I am disabled. Room was nice but layout was strange. Check in was seamless, front desk staff was friendly, store prices are a little high and the onsite restaurant was limited.

We were given a room for a disabled person. The room was located right in front the (noisy) elevator and and next to the ice/vending machines. We were not given a new room until the night before we left even though we were asking from the time we got in.
