Booked the hotel because the pictures looked so good and it fit what me and my family were looking for, but the utter disappointment when we 1st pulled in and there "pool" was no bigger than one you can go to walmart for really bothered me because we had planned spending time there when we were done exploring. Got to the front desk and the people at the counter were probably the only thing I like about this place very friendly and helpful even offered a few suggestions on places to visit. The room was dirty and had a weird odor, there was even trash left from the last people who stayed. Beds are a hair bigger than a twin size and hard as a rock. House keeping gave up after the 3rd day because we came back and the sheets were just tossed on the bed. Never even showed up the last 2. By far the worst hotel I've stayed at in a very long time. Wouldn't stay here again if they offered it for free.
The front office staff was rude, maybe from being tired since it was quite late (11pm). The room and hallway appeared dirty (walls had dried up stuff which could have easily been cleaned). It was quite uncomfortable for me as I didn't want to touch much in the room.
The hotel was nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my tub was not clean but after being told they took care of it.
Room was ok until I went to sleep. Woke up soon after scratching and carried on through what few hours I was going to get to sleep that night. It honestly didn't dawn on me the next morning what happened, until that evening when I laid in bed again. I tried to locate manager but she wasn't in, that is any of the times I went back up there looking for her. The girl behind the desk kind of acted like she was concerned, but also like it wasn't the first time she heard that complaint. I gave up talking to manager about reimbursement. Not worth the chase, just don't go back.
It was a nice hotel conveniently located near the airport and right off of highway 75. Not bad for a night or two.
Everything was perfect until I picked my mom up who flew in from Atlanta thinking she would be able to get some rest just to find a roach crawling in the bed. Never again. Other than that initially everything was fine.
Dangerous hotel. Druggies and cops. Very rude front desk. Cop said not safe to go out.
it was in a pretty sketchy area. from random people lingering outside to the mold in the bathroom ( in more than one place ) They gave us a used room , they sent us up and the door was open and the beds were unmade and used. It basically went downhill from there.
The hotel is ok just the carpet is not clean and elevator (cleannes and smell)
Looks can be deceiving! When we first walked in to the front desk to check in, I thought the place looked decent! However, once we go on the elevator and to our room we were very disappointed! It was middle of the day and the floors looked unvacuumed. We had only a couple towels in our room. When we asked for more we were told the washer was broken. Housekeeping brought us towels from another room. The room itself was sleepable and the bathroom was clean and usable. But nothing else about the room is worthy of noting. This whole place needs a make over! Oh yea and then I saw the maintance man.,,with no shoes on...in socks, working! Told me he had gout and was working on his day off! I wont stay here again! Ramada needs to come visit this place to see for themselves this Franchise is not up to standard. Its sad because the staff don't seem interested in upkeep...but how can they care if the owner doesn't supply them with what they need. We left the housekeeper a $20 tip just for her efforts in working there, We didn't even have her come clean our room, we up kept it ourselves. Anyhow, enough ranting! Trip was fabulous, just wish the room would have been better!
We are traveling in FL. It's good for stay. Breakfast is good because kid like eggs. Staff are friendly. Room is clean. It's good for family.
Other than they key didn't work to get us into our room, the service was pleasant overall.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I stayed here for four days and it was terrible. The microwave in my room wasn't working, the housekeeping would come by and for the four days I stayed here they never emptied our trash. We had a funny smell in our bathroom and found out on our last day that it was because of mildew on the shower curtains. We complained about the service and was told that we was going to get moved to another room and never did. I have video footage, pictures and audio of how unprofessional the staff was.I even tried reaching out to the manager of the hotel and when I called she was on the other line and thus far it's been two hours and counting. It was so bad that another person staying there seen me at my car and thought I was checking in and stopped to tell me not to. Oh, and on top of everything else, since they were doing construction (you had to walk in threw the side doors and the elevator was no longer in use), they randomly shut off the water (without notifying anyone) in the middle of the day.
THE HOTEL BUS SHUTTLE NEVER GOT TO THE AIRPORT. APPARENTLY IT WAS UNDER A NEW MANAGEMENT. After 2 hours of waiting we had to take a cab in order to get to the hotel.
Quick trip though Atlanta, thought Ramadas were nice. This was below expectations. My daughter enjoyed breakfast though. The hotel looked worn out inside is probably the best way to put it for $83 with tax.
