This hotel is nice, great price. It just needs a really good cleaning inside and out.

Check in was the most pleasant part. Other than that, the room itself looked like it was tidied up for previous guests to come back to, not for a new guest. There were dirty bath towels left in the bathroom, wetness on the toilet, a film of cleaning solution on the kitchen table, where it looked wet, but resides there after 4 hours. There was also no mattress protector, but sheets that seemed too small for the bed. Once I pulled the sheets back, the sheets were wrinkled in the center as if someone had previously laid in them. I sat on the chair in the room because I had to finish working, and didn’t have time to deal with being placed in a new room.

My checking was a disaster. My family needs a place due to a home repair. I rented an studio but nothing as utensils. No conditioner- no change of towels- no cleaning. Breakfast to go from 7 am was very disgusting the mini table with coffee to go. Is better coffee in my mechanic shop. The men in the office was courteous; however the lady was no polite at all. No conditioner no nothing. Not recomendable for families.

The front desk woman was condescending and rude, there was no one in the office when I arrived. The carpet in my room was damp and there was pet food in the corner of the room. All the lamps were dusty. There was an undeniable odor in the room, in general. I couldn't get fresh linen, and there was no utensils glasses or anything in my room. I wasn't informed if there was any breakfast offered in the mornings, I found out it was when I was checking out. No one offered any insight on Atlanta, there was very little interaction with hotel staff. The room was adequate but it was my first visit to Atlanta and if I ever return maybe Ill try a different Extended stay.

Great room and price ................................

Clean and comfy. Better than I expected for the price. A few stain on the shower curtain and burn mark on the toilet seat. Full fridge, stovetop, and microwave. Wifi was just alright.

Room was dirty. Only one pillow in the room for two of us and the pillow case on that pillow looked like it had not been changed since the last person slept there. On a positive note, we found the gentleman on the night shift to be extremely nice, helpful. Once informed about needing a second pillow, he brought us one quickly. I would make him the manager.

It was an okay place to stay. It was comfortable, the room was nice and clean. The towels and sheets however were stained. My sheet had what looked like a blood stain on it and the towels looked a little dingy with stains on them. The check in process was a bit difficult because we arrived a few hours early and they wouldn't allow us to get in our room till 3pm. Which was a little annoying after driving 8 hours over night. The first person I spoke to when I arrived was Pam. She was not helpful at all. She spoke over me and didn't help find a solution. She was extremely rude. But after wards the next few associates including room attendents were all kind and helpful. It was quiet. There are a few fast food places within walking distance and I slept comfortably. Checked for bed bugs as well and was pleased to see they had covers over the matress, which put me at ease.

Had high hopes for this hotel . They were remolding and we were given a remolded room. The door to the room was peeling paint and would not open because the new carpet was too thick.. The one bed was on a frame that was too large for the bed.Cigarette Burn stains on the back of the bathroom door. One of the bath towels had dirt stains on it. For a remodeled room it was disgusting.

very nice and clean, everything was worth the price and the staff was nice!

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and had an OK experience. We chose this property due to the fact that it has a full kitchen and is close to our work when we are in town. On this trip we had a very pleasant experience at check in with Tim. Very courteous and helpful. We had to drop off our luggage and head out to our work assignment so we really didn't get to inspect the room that closely . On returning later that night we discovered that the carpet had stains , the kitchen had part of the back splash falling off and a drawer that was falling apart. The bath towels had stains on them and were like sand paper . Paint was peeling off the bathroom door and the bath faucet was old and decrepit . It was too late at night to complain and we were tired and hd to get up early so we suffered thru it. I wish that the manager would stay in this room and see what he things of his experience.

just passing thru, no problems, nothing special, they want a longer review so now I have to type in nonsense so I can close the window and get to doing something else

This is a MOTEL, not hotel. Guess I didn't realize when I reserved. The room smelled strongly of bleach on arrival. Smell turned to musty over the next few days. Found a live cockroach in my shoe. Needs major updating and a DEEP clean.

I've never been to a hotel that didn't have staff clean the room each day but the staff in the lobby were great!

I was spend 2 days stead with this hotel. It's overall good experience. It's very close to important sightseeing places. Easy accessible to all the State highway with few minutes drive. There are couple of Indian restaurant close this Hotel. You will reach Cumberland Mall for just 15 minutes walks. We went to Swapna Indian Cuisine and really very good taste. We took the TOGO boxes while leaving from Atlanta. You will get nice Biryani.

Thank you for your staying with us and for providing your feedback. We apologize our hotel and amenities were not to your expectations. Our hotel is designed for guests staying a week or more at a time, who prefer a home-like living experience and they bring their own personal items. So we certainly understand why you may have found our amenities a bit different than traditional hotels. But, we are happy to provided kitchenware and other in-room amenities. All these items are available at front desk. If we did not communicate this at the time of check-in, we are sorry. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better. Sincerely, Hotel Management

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We were disheartened to read about the problems you experienced, and we hope you will accept our sincerest apology for what transpired. We are taking steps to ensure future guests do not encounter the same issues. We would like to inform you that, to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. We truly hope you will give us another chance to prove that we are committed to providing outstanding accommodations and service. We look forward to having you visit again so we can provide you with a better experience. Sincerely, Hotel Management
