Quick family fall break trip with teens. Easily able to get to Six Flags, the State Farm Arena (and downtown), as well as few historic sites (MLK Historical Park) - just off 285.Plenty of room for us all to spread out and not get in each other's way! The house has a full kitchen on main floor and also in the basement, and the door between has a lock (so potential to rent out both spaces it appears), although we had access to both.It's an older neighborhood, but it was very quiet. (Street has speed bumps, so clearly no one's racing through here!) The EV charger (Tesla with an adapter) was an added bonus for us.
