Family trip

We loved our stay at this condo. The communication was great from the minute we booked the reservation until we left. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. The view was so pretty, the location was convenient (walk to town), the pool and terrace area were very nice and it was great to watch the activity at the base of the mountain It was a great stay!!!

Overall excellent stay

Proximity to Aspen downtown, spectacular vista of the surrounding mountains, beautifully appointed and nicely stocked condo, and responsive management made this an excellent experience. There were HVAC issues that were quickly addressed during our stay. Would stay here again.

Cozy condo with quick lift access!

Just back from a 3 day stay with 2 friends. The check-in process was smooth and easy, thanks to the host's clear communication. The space was clean and well appointed (the arrival goodies were a nice bonus!), and the hot pool was a good alternative to a hot tub after a day on the slopes! Walking to town is also easy, with nearly everything a 10 minute walk or less, and the Shadow Mountain lift is practically ski on/off. All-in-all would be happy to stay again!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time and the place was perfect! The hosts were super helpful and had a guide that provided assistance throughout the week. The only hard part is getting your luggage up the stairs. It is three flights of stairs and can be very difficult to get up and down because the lift was not working. Other than that it was amazing and we enjoyed the ski on ski off aspect made it very easy!

Great place

Great location just a few steps to ski in ski out. Updated unit, kitchen had everything and then some. Comfy beds, close to everything. Post was attentive and readily available. Highly recommend this place.

Winter wonderland

Amazing stay. The condo has lots of nice touches. Plenty big for a family of four. We even hosted a friends for dinner! Well stocked kitchen. When the Shadow Mountain lift is running, the ski in and out is insane! Wonderful view of the twinkling town at night. Lots of stairs getting up there from the parking area, but the view is worth it. Really nice to have a parking spot as well. The giant hot tub or small pool was heated to 103 degrees!!

Great stay

Location couldn't be better and the accommodations were perfect. Simple place that was very nice with guaranteed parking. Quiet neighbors, nearly ski out of the front door and only a few blocks walk into the heart of downtown. Glad we stayed here and will remember this for my next trip. Thanks!

Great Location and Beautiful Views

This property has amazing views of Aspen and the Valley. True ski in ski out access if you’re skiing at Aspen Mountain. Ability to walk to any restaurant in town. Very convenient. Service was exceptional!

Great location for a stay in Aspen

My family stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving. Location is terrific - easy walk to downtown Aspen (very handy as parking in Aspen core is miserable), close to bus stop for neighboring mountains, and literally right next to Shadow Mountain lift for Aspen Mountain. Outdoor pool was so lovely - my kids loved it, especially while it was snowing! Family room is spacious, cozy and comfortable with a spectacular view of the valley. Kitchen well-stocked with everything you might need (we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 6 without missing anything from home!). Designated parking lot/pass was very much appreciated too, as we never had to worry about a place to park at the end of the day. The complex was quiet, but we were there for opening day of early season skiing and 2 of the Aspen ski areas were not yet open, so not very many people in town (also covid). Great value!
