The great room, with two story stone fireplace, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together while inside. Once outside, enjoy the hot tub, tossing bread crumbs to the fish in the pond or meander down to the fire pit for relaxation under the stars.

The home abounds with places to gather and celebrate, share stories and laugh out loud till it hurts. The Garage TV/Game Room is a huge hit with all generations, with tons of fun for everyone! But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. Kids love getting lost in the “sleeping lofts.”

It is also a destination for weddings, and we host quite a few. We can certainly get into much more detail if you are interested, but you could host an outdoor affair with up to 150 people, with tents, etc. It is also important to note that we have 3 other vacation rental homes in The Falls at Edenderry development that provide accommodations for large wedding overflow, and their associated family and guests if needed. These homes are the "Lodge at Edenderry", "Mountain Haven" and "Winters Haven".

Yonder openly shares our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Events: Events are allowed at this property for up to 150 guests. Minimum 4 night stay for events.
NOTE: ALL Events will have fees associated with hosting an Event, and determined/finalized once a guest head-count is shared. The Event Fee will be assessed outside of, and separate from the normal rental costs. Please talk with Yonder Guest Experience Specialist for details and costs for having your event at Pine Hollow.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
