We had an amazing stay. Room we chose was average, but we weren't looking for luxury on this trip. Just a place to get ready and sleep. Mattress was super comfortable. Beach is incredible, and hotel is walking distance from just about everything we needed. Took a little while to get checked-in, but otherwise, zero complaints. Would definitely stay again.

The only drawback I encountered was the inability to get a bloody mary before 11am. The food was always good, especially at the Sea Breeze restaurant. The staff was particularly friendly. Someone was cleaning constantly during the day, sometimes necessary in the face of a constant wind blowing through.

Our first time to Aruba. My wife and I celebrated 19 years of marriage. We both has a fantastic time and are thinking about going back next year for our 20th.

No complaints. Enjoyed stay. Memorable. Will come back

Kids enjoyed kids club. Staff were wonderful. They couldn't wait to get back to kids club every day. Hotel has the nicest stretch of beach. No seaweed.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our first time in Aruba. We liked it, but didnt love it. When we checked in, the line was as slow as can be. we were told check-in time was 3:00pm only to find it was 4:00. We were informed our room wasnt ready and to come back by 4. So at 4pm we re approached the front desk and were told the room still wasnt ready, and to be back at 4:30. We weren't too thrilled with that as it had been a long day travelling from NY. We wanted to unwind and get our vacation started. So finally a little past 4:30 our room keys were issued and we went into the Sea Tower to our room. As luck would have it, the cleaning staff was still working on our room. After a short wait we finally entered the room. It was hot and the carpets had been wet with a musky-lemony smell to them. Not a good first impression. Three nights out of our six night stay, the room was not made up. We would return from the beach and pool around 4-5pm to get ready for our evening and the room was still not made up. (Even though housekeeping was on our floor!) At that point we exchanged out the towels and said forget it because it seemed a little ridiculous being that by that time of day, the room still wasnt cleaned. So minor things like that, the overall comfort of the room was a little disappointing. As far as the facilities available to guests, it was ok. The pool area and beach were nice. I do wish night swimming was offered as well as more activities, but that is me being nitpicky.

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn. Amenities were nice, and a big plus was the kiddie pool. Pool is close to two bars/restaurants, and the beach is right there. Location is great as well. 15 min cab ride to downtown area, 10 min ride to Eagle Beach. If you do not want to go downtown, then you can walk across the street to restaurants and stores.

My husband and I just attended our nieces wedding in Aruba and decided to stay at the Holiday Inn bc of the bang that you can get for your buck. The Holiday Inn did not disappoint!! When we first got in there was some confusion over our reservation, but that was quickly taken care of by the lovely young lady Ghislaine at the front desk. After coming off a five hour flight the tone for our trip was completely set by the warm, professional, courteous service that Ghislaine welcomed us with, she is def a keeper and provided the customer service that so many other hotels lack.

Hotel was clean and great location to restaurants, stores and entertainment. Pool staff was great for kids with activities. Staff was friendly but did not find them helpful when I asked for information about excursions/pool activities schedule for kids. Certain bartenders made a great drink while others not so much!! My gluten free child found it hard to communicate with wait staff on what she needed and they seemed a bit "put out" when asked about ingredients on menu. Overall, great time and would probably go back if price was right.

Pleasant stay...like that you had option of all inclusive if you change your mind once you arrived

After checking in, went to room. Quick unpack and we were off to find food after traveling since 2am. It wasn't until our return to room around 8:30pm, exhausted, that we realized what should have been a king bed was 2 much smaller beds. Too tired and too late, we just went to bed. If we didn't love our room we would have definitely moved. Back side of the sea breeze tower closest to the beach bar next door that plays very loud thumping music till 1am every night. We love the HI but this trip wasnt as restful as our previous stays here

Best over all staff from the doormen, check in crew, beach and restaurant. pleasant to deal with. We experienced a problem with the maid service not making up our room for several days even though we were out of the room early every day. We are returning on July 4th and hope for another otherwise wonderful vacation.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about which is rare! Me and my girlfriend go somewhere in the Caribbean about every 5 months and this deffently made its way to our favorites! Right on the beach and you can't beat the location. Tons of shops and restaurants right across the street. Was not one time we walked past a staff member that didn't smile at us and ask us how are day was (literally every time). So happy with our stay and can't wait to come back! A++++

Hotel staff very helpful, room very clean at all times, the msny pools onsite very clean and maintain at all times. Restaurants onsite very good as well!

I was lead to believe by Orbitz that what you reserved is what you would get, Nah. Your reserved room is only a request. I had asked for a superior , with a king size bed resort view and the first room was two queen beds over the parking lot. The first room we were in , we didn't have hot water. We then moved to a new room, which still had two queen beds, on the 7th floor, but still overlooking the parking lot. The hotel said it's only a request not a guarantee. How is one to know they will get what they bargained for?

Was surprised this was a Holiday Inn. Clean and nice for an affordable trip for our family.

Friendly staff, good food, nice entry/breezeway. We requested a King but got two Queens...not terribly happy about that. The hotel is clean but very dated.

Great location. Minutes away (walking) from restaurants and activities.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The beach is great and all of the watersports activities you could want are available.

That was perfect, excellent ubicación everything is closet
