Our room was next to Mumbas BAR... they kept us up every night ...for the first 3 nights... Only until I wrote on trip advisor ... did they move us... not before... OUR shower hardly had a spray... it only dribble... so the first 3 nights were aweful ...

Excellent time with great staff Will definitely go back

nice place to stay at aruba close to every thing the best thing is the beach at the holiday inn

Great hotel. Right on beach. Friendly staff. Great location. Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops.

Booked room with a king bed and was given 2 double beds. Very uncomfortable..had to pay $300 for an upgrade to king..

Very good location, great beds, clean rooms, very nice cleaning staff, overall you get exactly what you pay for. It is really adequate if you want to just get to aruba on a low budget.. the beach is the same for almost all the hotels anyway except the ritz at the far end which is must less crowded and chaotic. Great location, the worse casino on the strip, but not a deal breaker. Its not fancy, but not dumpy either.. if you want to feel pampered and very special, stay at the Ritz, if you don't need that, stay here. You wont be disappointed...

The resort was ok, the section of beach we were allowed to use was fenced off from the ocean. The hotel staff was not very friendly, no one said hi or greeted us ever. The rooms were ok, however we weren’t able to cool the room off it was set at 72 and would not go any cooler. The beds weren’t comfy either.

We had an incredible time in Aruba and stayed in Holiday Inn Aruba Resort and Casino. Room was clean with a nice partial ocean view. Hotel service personnel were nice and helpful. We are planning to get back here soon.

Nice hotel right on the beach! Not as modern as nearby hotels, but less expensive

The location, pools and the beach is super nice! However, the hotel rooms could use a big update. Our sliding doors and closet doors would hardly close, and I don't think the hotel has had a room update for the last 20 years. Also, they should really do more to be sustainable as they use way too much plastic. The plastic cups were even wrapped in plastic! Also suggest they install big containers of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel instead of supplying tiny single use ones every day.

Great experience. Very clean and inviting hotel. Super easy check in. Good beach access. Great location in Palm beach. Loved staying in this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We have told our friends about this hotel The staff was nice and helpful Room was clean and very comfortable See you again

Great beach front. Proximity to Pelican Pier and music they would blast out to the beach so everyone could hear. The staff were very very friendly and always helpful. Glad the rooms were renovated. Looked forward to sleep in the king size bed. So comfy. They could use a little renovation work outside and on the casino but overall very pleasant stay.
