I wanted to stay in Casa Andina but they didn't have a room for five so we booked one spacious room at this hotel the very last minute for 2 adults 3 kids. It was great. The hotel is close to the main Plaza and you can walk to stores, pharmacies, restaurants, places to book your tours. It has stairs and the front seat is in the second floor, our room was on the third floor. You won't be able to pay for your stay on hotels dot com but in person when you get to the hotel. And if you

Good value for money

The staff was super nice and kind, this is the biggest advantage of the hotel. I made a mistake with booking, but they helped me to fix it. The second one is the location. The condition of the hotel could be better, especially the shower was so so. Kids first day run in the room without the shoes and their feet and socks were dirty, probably the room was not occupied longer time. The breakfast was very simple, but OK.

The room was just as it was described. I stayed for 4 days and felt comfortable. Its in a very good location 5 min walk to plaza de armas. Pharmacy is like 2min walk. Staff was friendly and accommoding. They held my luggage for the day until i was ready for my flight. It does have a flight of stairs you will have to carry your luggage up. But the staff did help.

Price was cheap but still too loud

The hotel people were brusque but very nice and helpful; I can’t complain. The room was adequate for such a cheap price. Hot water was there even though it took a long time to flush in. I don’t remember the breakfast or if there was any because I was taking tours that left early in the morning. So if I did have breakfast, I completely forget. The room was what you’d expect from such a cheap place - barely clean enough and comfortable enough. Walls are thinner than paper and could hear everything including people from other room peeing. I only wanted a place to sleep because would be out for tours all day. The problem the room had was one that the hotel maybe has little control over. Plaza de Armas is so loud and you can hear everything. Bring earplugs or noise canceling earbuds that you can sleep in. All in all barely adequate. It’s what you’d expect from a hostel-level accommodation. I would never go back and never recommend but at the same time. I feel sorry for saying. I felt like the people were trying to do what they could.

Lovely little hotel great staff

The stafff are very accommodating, we arrived very early 5.30am via Peru Hop and they let us have our room straight away which was great for a quick sleep before wandering one block to the main PLaza. We were able to leave our luggage while at Colca Canyon. Balcony to be able to sit in the sunshine.

Fuga en el lavabo del baño.!!

Mi estadía en hotel Ayenda resulto negativa, debido a que había una pequeña fuga de agua en el lavabo, inició en la madrugada, misma que reporte para que arreglaran mientras yo salía. Por la noche cuando llegue seguía la fuga y me cerraron la llave de paso, de tal manera que no había agua caliente. Al otro día necesitaba bañarme muy temprano para salir y no había agua, salí a la recepción para informar. Hasta que subieron al techo para abrir llave y esperar a que llegara la caliente. Mientras tanto a mi se me hacía tarde para salir. No puedes tener un baño sin agua. No puedes bañarte con el frío que hace con agua fría. El servicio fue de mala calidad.
