The owner and property manager were wonderful to work with. We had a few issues that were handled promptly and efficiently. The level of communication was amazing, beyond what should be expected. The house was nice. The property had been damaged by the hurricane last year. They had done extensive work in the yard the week before. This created a lot of mud after the rain. I can only imagine it will be first rate when everything is completed. We would happily stay again.

The house was very clean, plenty of beds, and well appointed kitchen. I only gave it 3 stars because the yard was not pretty and while the porch was inviting for bbq, or hot tub, or having meals, the view from it was not. I feel like the owner should also put a photo of the view from the porch in the description. Also, the owner asked me to only tell her my review unless I was going to give it 5 stars. I think that's why this property doesn't have accurate reviews. Should any of the previous renters described the state of the yard, I would have chosen another property to rent, but I am sure the owner asked everyone not to write anything negative.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house and neighborhood
We loved staying at this house! I would definitely stay there again! Checkin/checkout was really easy. The house itself has a great layout and plenty of space. The pool table, air hockey, ping pong and hot tub kept us very comfortable and entertained. It's also not too far to get to downtown Asheville as well as some great breweries like Sierra Nevada and Mills River. Highly recommend!

Arden rental in desperate need of TLC.
Toilet in basement was not cleaned when we arrived. No screens on most windows to open for fresh air, and the existing screens were torn or had holes in them. Board on back deck was warped, unsafe for unstable guests. Yard is in need is some sort of landscaping-all dirt or mud. Electric range and refrigerator not in best working order. Microwave in basement missing glass plate for turntable. Roofing trash left on side of house, rather unsightly.
