This house is located in coastal North Carolina just off the intracoastal waterway with easy access to some of the best year-round boating and fishing on the east coast. This single story house has 2 queen beds, 1 full bath, living room with television, full kitchen, and screened porch. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a washer & dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the large yard with plenty of room to park your boat!
This property is adjacent to YMCA Camp Sea Gull and central to so many great places including Oriental, New Bern, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, Swansboro, and Beaufort. Golfers will enjoy Minnesott Golf & Country Club that is located just a mile away!
