This hotel is set up for the eastern Europeans German and Russians mainly but must say staff were great and hotel clean food very poor we were all inclusive but felt the food was not for us. The Safe in the room my son literally picked up and carried it around the room, the wardrobe rocked so much we thought it was going to collapse we reported it on the third day and it still hadn't been fixed by the time we left
The site of hotel is good ..near of main Street...near the beach and the sea. Have a pool...good breakfast.. Good rooms...good clean. Beside the hotel there is park have a sport equipment. Low coast....near the hotel there are car rental.
hi everybody it's me again Santa Marina hotel was nice in a very beautiful city (Antalya) little bit faraway but there a lot of transportation (Taxi – Buses - Dolmesh) staff are very friendly, my room in third floor No: 1304 for a night from 28 to 29-12- 2016, really nice with small balcony, very quiet ,clean, bathroom is OK, Wi fi free, breakfast and dinner was good, good quality\ very good price, easy to go anywhere, with many Cafes, restaurants, Shops, ATM (Travel Agency -To all over Turkey) I can recommend this hotel to travelers, But don't forget to see the ancient city & castle ..Salah
no bad it is cool hotel but the toilets little bit is old system i was happy it is very close beach i wish to come again i enjoyed my one week of holiday with my wife she liked too next holiday i wish everything will be alright because this hotel located at cool place you can relax 👍🏻👍🏻
Me and my sister have just came home from staying here, as we went to turkey for some dental treatment. Glad that we read the reviews before we went as we expected it to be bad and we weren't wrong . So this is why I'm writing this to help other people when booking . We arrived very tired at 1am very tired we went straight to are room . The mirror was cleaned with a dirty cloth and the floors the same with a dirty mop . Very very basic . Beds rock hard and the pillows was rock hard too . The next day we woke up to go for breakfast omg if you like stale cereals cold eggs cheese like plastic and white crusty bread . When your on a diet it's not good . Dinner time was soup ,salad and cold spaghetti bol, soup was cucumber and mint sauce. Tea time was salad and soup I couldn't explain how bad the food was it was so bad and the same thing day in day out . So my diet was going realy well as I never ate anything . Now the pool side whilst lying on the hard plastic beds if you like cats or the smell of them well your ok it was stinking of cat urine I was sick with the smell . The reception toilet and pool toilet never had any tissue paper and toilet bins was always over flowing with tissue paper and urine on the floor as the light doesn't always come on . The lobby bar is for show the serve the drinks from the kitchen and if you want beer the serve it from the bottle between the two of ye . No beer on fraught . I only drink brandy well you have to pay extra for that could not believe it , so if ye drink wine gin or vodka it's ok but jack Daniels, brandy, baileys, etc you have to pay all inclusive doesn't count , it's just a joke . If you want to go to your room on the wifi don't bother it only works in the reception area . So if your booking this maybe one night the doors from the cleaners bagging all morning you won't get any sleep . Plus on top of the mosque 5.30 in the morning your woken up with a very very load prayers , the only thing I can say the staff was lovely and friendly but we weren't happy staying here at all .
Small hotel and normal food. Low cost hotel.Nice staff. Not far a way from sea. Not good area to shopping. Pool was small and not sunshine all time at daytime. Far away from center. I cant say never to go again.
Stayed at this hotel from 25th July to 30th July 2016... booked through Expedia... we were a family of 11... ages ranging from 2yrs - 67yrs... Don't even know where to start from! At check in desk the staff don't speak proper English and were rude... did not get the rooms as per our booking and when we argued for the rooms were had asked for they made it sound like they were doing us a big favour... the bathrooms were filthy and clogging up.... the corridors to the rooms were stinking... all the rooms had cigarette smell... the air-conditioning was as good as not having one!! Let's get to the breakfast!! Every single day they served the exact same breakfast... the oats had little insects/ bugs in them and when we showed it to the hotel staff...they told us to eat something else...they did not even take it off the table!! "Overall we rate this hotel a big fat zero 0"
We arrived at this hotel on Wednesday 20th July. We are still here just now. First things first, we know Turkey. My sister and I and my daughter came for a week away. My father is Turkish and know and love this country. The service is AWFUL. There is no bar, the drinks are served from the kitchen, there is no bar lists or menus, it's pure guess work really? Sometimes you ask for drinks and never get them? The drinks are generally awful. No diet anything and not great anything else? VERY VERY LIMITED AND AS Women on holiday on our own we had to struggle to get an alcoholic drink? So much so that my sister and daughter never went to the "kitchen"! The food was dreadful; we liked initially as we like Turkish food we were This hotel does NOT CATER FOR UK AT ALL. The food is Turkish. To say it is repetitive would be an understatement. The wedges from two nights ago were on the menu for lunch, cold and in the leftover BBQ sauce. Food-💩 The food is very unhygienic, wedges regurgitated 3 days! Left overs put back into plates for reuse! I saw this myself this morning? Sweaty cheese left out and put back into a big bowl! Drinks-💩 Service/ reception- not helpful in the slightest! As if we are annoying them! The rooms are tiny, with literally no room for clothes. The balcony is tiny, with no chairs or tables & I asked three times!!!! To three different members of staff for a chair & was promised it, still waiting. I enjoy looking out on holiday but this hadn't been possible. The rooms are dirty, the cleaner cleans superficially. She took my daughters and my towels and left no fresh, when I asked for more towels, I was more or less called a liar that the towels were left! Very bad. Very unclean! I would NEVER return to this hotel, it's just not good enough. There is no guidance as to where to go/ see? No one seems to give a 💩! There is absolutely no entertainment nor music at all. Getting a drink is like pulling teeth! Horrible food, not helpful staff, my all inclusive does not go far! We are eating out tonight! Staff here are AWFUL! So unhelpful and just made it clear they cannot be annoyed with us English speaking people! We asked for a boat trip, were told by the staff member he didn't know but someone did next day; still wafting! No help with trips: activities/ absolutely the worst holiday of our lives! We paid £438 for 1 week full inclusive from glasgow and I'll be complaining as dio as I'm home to On The Beach! This holiday is Not for uk people! The experience has been horrendous as women travelling alone! Truly not good enough! Never go to this dreadfulness ! Run far away
I have stayed in many hotels in years but this is the most horrible place ever. The rooms are so dirty so crap OMG breakfast better you dont even eat it you will thank me if you think this is cheap just pay 20 tl more and run away. Its only 1 min walk to the beach thats it
Stayed in this hotel on the final night of my tour of Cappadocia and although it wasn't the worse hotel I stayed in it was far from the best. Clean but basic about sums it up. Small rooms with no chairs to sit it on. ( To be fair there would probably have no room for chairs in the room anyway). Our balcony was also tiny. Our room was located on the 2nd floor and looked the dining area, bar and reception which could be noisy to times. Have to agree with the previous post regarding the food, it was concerning to see it being laid so early before the dining area was open. I also felt the choice was limited and the food lukewarm. The good points were the nice friendly staff and the location which was close to the beach ( although you have cross a dual carriageway which can be busy and the drivers don't always stop for you to cross at the pedestrian crossing) and the local shops. The hotel offers complimentary WiFi which is easy to connect to. The spee when connected is also pretty decent. To be frank I wouldn't stay here again if I had the choice however it was fine for one night. Be aware that the walls are paper thin so pack your earplugs! Tip: avoid the rooms on the second floor if you can.
