Good location, pet friendly.Elevators dont work right. One of front doors does not work.I wonder if a fire code violation.

Pros: furnishings look brand new and quirky esthetic. Cons: building is still old and you can tell - molding cracks, wallpaper glue streaks, bathroom tub old and bit dirty, housekeeping didn’t do a good job tidying towels and sheets. Parking was an issue so I found street parking to save me $26/night.

The hotel is being transitioned to a Graduate Hotel - yay!. With that there is construction and the main restaurant is temporarily makeshift off the lobby and very sterile. There are limited restaurants within easy walking distance and hotel is not that close to the water New rooms are nice.

Loved the room. Not comfortable with the self parking. Did not want to go to car after dark. Since it is only a $3 difference between self and valet parking, should just make it valet so guests don't have to see the parking lot or walk so far.

We have stayed at this property before when it was a Lowes Hotel. When we made reservations , no mention was made that the hotel was undergoing renovation. Its an ongoing event that will last throughout years end. There is no lobby, the restaurants and bar are makeshift at best. Our room had been newly renovated and still had a paint smell. It was on a floor where workers were present everyday starting at 9:00am. The sound of a rotohammer at 9 can raise you out of your bed.

Great property. We will come back again. Centrally located.

The lobby was under construction, so I feel that we should've received a discount since we couldn't enjoy what was advertised... But overall we were happy with our room, and the staff was really nice. There was a painting of a man in our bathroom that was really awkward because he literally just stares at you while you're going to the bathroom, and he actually startled my husband getting out of the shower! Very odd art/ placement choice. Our window overlooked a roof, and it would be great if they made it a green roof! But overall we enjoyed it and would consider it again if staying in Annapolis.

Property is under renovation so the lobby is not ready but the rooms are perfect.

I didn’t like that I did not get the room I reserved.

Convenient, staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious

Great location, close enough to Main Street for an easy stroll, but just far enough to make sure you can get a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Clean and modern facility. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Nice size room, conveniently located walking distance from the heart of town

Friendly staff, clean, updated rooms, great location.

Hotel was clean, classy and cozy! The attached restaurant was cute as well! Parking was expensive so we found a spot on the street instead of their fee.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, wonderful mattress and bed linens, great restaurant. Highly recommended, would stay there again. Very close to downtown shopping and waterfront (walking distance).

Thank you so much for your feedback. We do encourage valet parking for just that reason and add only a small premium go do so. Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
