The house/property were as described. Cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Really enjoyed the single level old Florida feel. If anything could be changed, the pool temp is probably a little too warm. Thanks for the great stay! Much needed decompression!!!

House of paradise super close to the beach

We loved our stay and would re-rent the same house again. The walk to public beach is closer than you think! It was wonderful to wake up before the sunrise and just walk across the street to see the sun rise over the ocean and just easy walk back to the house. The house is spacious and AC works great. Master bath doesn’t have much countertop space but it’s still fine. Some couples might miss having a 2nd sink but it was fine for us. Shower is spacious. Management company was responsive and attentive. We had a Smoke alarm start beeping in the middle of the night and maintenance called us right back to help. Management also sent a maintenance tech to the house when a door was loose. They were friendly and quick to respond. The back yard is a tropical paradise. If you have a small dog, it dog could sneak out through the fence in some spots so just be aware. The grill is super nice and works great. Theres a mini fridge outside which felt luxurious and convenient. The umbrella in the pool is a nice touch on a hot, sunny day. Kitchen is huge and fully stocked. Dishwasher runs a little loud, so just run at night. No problem. We could have used more towels but we made it ok because there is a washing machine and dryer. They do provide pool towels too which is nice. Lots of parking in front but we only had one car but having 2 driveways was awesome because of the golf cart we rented. Beds were clean and comfortable. House was a fabulous home away from home.

Perfect Stay

This vacation home perfectly met our needs for a relaxing getaway with our 2 pups. Having a pool and a yard was the top of our list along with cleanliness. This house was perfectly clean and seems almost new! Usually when we rent a house or condominium there is always some little problem but not with this house. Already looking at my calendar for my next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful home

This home was absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean, nicely taken care of, and the backyard and pool were fantastic. It was walking distance to lots of great shops and even to the beach, which was fantastic. We would definitely be back!

This house was on a quiet street of AMI but still close to main restaurants/shops and 15 min walk to beach. Perfect for 2 couples plus kids who can share bunk room!

A nice place for the price.

Property was as advertised. The beds were very comfortable! I would suggest that there be a binder with info on local restaurants, things to do, places to park, where to watch the sunset and what the different local beaches are like. I was consistently on FB pages and asking locals for information. Overall the home was clean! The master bathroom shower needs a good scrubbing. Walls were a little slimy and there was mildew in a few spots on the grout. As a former Florida rental property owner this is info that I would want to be told. It would have been a huge plus to have beach chairs and maybe a cooler at the unit. There were two small beach chairs but one was broken. I left a 7.5 foot beach umbrella, a styrofoam cooler and a large beach bag in the laundry room. In addition, there was a small beach umbrella and two inner tubes that were also there upon arrival. That was a nice plus! The washing machine was a great size and did a nice job. We couldn’t find any potholders so we used our hand towels. There were plenty of beach and bath towels provided for us. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and was very nice. The grill was wonderful.

Great location; cute home!

This rental has a great layout with comfy beds. All was nice during our stay; except the pool. The pool was super hot, it was June when we rented it. The temperature was 90-95 each afternoon in the pool. The pool and landscape are really pretty though. And it was nice to have a grill for our cookout by the pool.

Perfect AMI stay!

We loved our stay at Wave N Sea. The rental service could not have been nicer or easier to work with. The house is located in an ideal location, walking distance to everything, and very clean.. exactly as advertised. The backyard was even more beautiful than pictures let on. Great stay.

We had a great time

Stayed for four weeks and had a great time there were only two things that were negative for us firstly make sure you take insect repellent! Certainly in April we did have issues and bites so for comfort make sure you have this. Second was the bed in the en-suite master bedroom- memory foam mattress well these maybe good for some people but not for us at all. So just two small points otherwise great!

Nice pool

Generally ok accommodations. Pool was warm, hot tub hot, bedrooms a little small but comfortable. Our one issue was with the cleanliness of the master bedroom shower. It had mildew all the way around the inside base that was never cleaned. Could have used some windex to clean all the glass tops.

Winter getaway

Rental was perfect for our week long vacation. The house was very clean and the backyard pool was awesome. During our stay the pool broke down but the property manager was excellent about communicating with me and getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We would definitely rent this property again.

new listing, great home but some kinks to be worked out

Overall, this is a great house and pool in a great location. 2 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable. This is a new listing and there are a few things to improve upon. The pool was recently installed and when we arrived was not the pristine pool as pictured. The water level was extremely low and it was full of debris. The breaker kept tripping preventing hot water which was annoying as was the pool alarm that goes off each time you need to go back into the home (but I cannot be upset because safety first). The property management company did respond quickly before we realized the breaker was the issue. The decorations are beautiful and the interior of the home was SPOTLESS. I would go back again assuming the pool situation is reconciled.
