Beautiful new and clean with perfect location

We stayed in this house five days and we enjoyed everything. It was nice clean, close to the nicest beach on Anna Maria Island and block away from good food, tacos and pizzas and good coffee.

Perfect location for our AMI vacation

The property is in great location: quiet street but around the corner from shopping and restaurants. The beach is walkable. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has beach chairs in the garage. The bedroom off the living ran a bit warm so the doors had to be left open at night for comfort level. The door alarms were a bit of a nuisance since we did not have any small children with us but I understand why they are in place. We did have 2 issues that Salty Mermaid responded to quickly and efficiently. There was an issue with ants in the kitchen. One phone call and they came right over with spray and traps . The other issue was a flooding issue. There was a very heavy rainstorm during our stay and the sliders in back leaked a lot of water as well as the garage flooded with up 4 inches of water. The property manager came as soon as it was safe to do so with more fresh towels and a mop ( as there was not one in the house) . Weather cannot be avoided and the company handled it very efficiently and professionally. We enjoyed the pool and backyard tremendously and would stay here again!

Pool close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria! House was just as advertised, pool was large and perfect for the kids. We had fun looking for animals off the dock on the lake. Short walk to the beach - we went over every day for sunset. Also a short walk to restaurants and shops on Pine. Great location!

Amazing

Great location, beautiful home, clean. Glad I didn’t rent beach chairs or pool floats - they had enough for everyone. Only challenge was the pool alarm on the sliding doors. The connections were complicated to manage, which meant the alarms went off (very loud) when the baby was sleeping. We didn’t use the sliders and chose to use the door in the twin bed room or walk around the side. Loved the location - walkable to shops and restaurants. Would rent again!
