What a cute little place. The best is it’s near everything !! The king mattress was so soft and I slept very well. I accidentally locked myself out and their mgmt team were right over to let me in. Great stay

The house was very clean and cute. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great. Close location to the beach access. The beach was beautiful, lots of seashells, birds, and we saw dolphins every day. It was great to have all the beach gear the wagon, the chairs and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt like home

The property and its amenities made us fell like we were at home away from home. It was perfect in its location which provided privacy and peace during our stay. It was very clean and had all that we needed to make our getaway more enjoyable and comfortable. Checking in and out of the property was a no hassle process. This place is great! Very clean and well equipped. It is evident that a lot of thought has gone into making this place perfect for beach-goers. Modern and freshly renovated, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Clear instructions are provided for every amenity (TV, grill etc.). ?Even the light switches are labeled; a small but incredibly helpful touch. The folks at Fran Maxon were extremely helpful as well. We had an issue with the provided pack’n’play the first night we were there. The next day they went out of their way to get us a new one and deliver it to our doorstep. If you’re looking for the perfect, cozy getaway for a couple or small family on AMI, look no further!

Immaculate property in an amazing location

It was a delight to stay at this property. The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and equipped with everything we could need. We also really enjoyed the lanai and outdoor patio, giving the option to read or just relax and enjoy the weather.

AMI Getaway

My husband and I needed a little break, so we booked this home on Anna Maria Island. It was just perfect. It is located in my favorite part of the island (near Bean Point), and it was very neat and clean. It had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. We loved using the beach towels, cart, chairs and umbrella each day we went to the beach. It doesn’t get more hassle-free than that! We would highly recommend this beach house, and we would certainly stay again.

I booked this property for my a quick birthday getaway and it was exactly as described! It was like a 5 min walk to the beach with multiple beach access points nearby! It was also within walking distance of shops and restaurants! Amazing property inside and out very neat and clean!

Highly recommend

My family and I went to AMI on a recommendation from a friend. We would definitely rent this house again if we ever return to AMI. It's a short walk to the beach, nice, well-kept neighborhood, fully equipped kitchen, lots of shops and restaurants close by. Loved that all the beach gear was provided for us. We had a small issue with an electrical fuse which was reported to management. Within minutes a maintenance person was there to fix the issue. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for us! I will say that my initial reaction to the sliding glass doors being taped up to accommodate the small air conditioner was total shock. It was an eye sore, but didn’t affect our stay and the temp inside was perfect! The host was wonderful! We needed a new beach wagon and it was delivered to us very quickly, put together and was ready to roll! I would totally stay here again!
