I couldn't complain about the property itself, but we did have a real challenge finding it---not just upon arrival--but it has this funny little dogleg that we would habitually miss--we did get a great tour of the neighborhood, though! It was a lovely trip--other than my ditzyness with directions...never a great sense of direction my entire life...Very nice.

Nice place for our short stay in Anna Maria

Sufficient for our 2 night stay. We love Anna Maria island and love staying on the North side. This home was about a 10-15 min walk to the beach access. Be sure you have a good beach wagon if you bring a lot of stuff! The guest services was very helpful and answered questions whenever we reached out. The place was clean but i wouldnt say immaculate. There were a few things that i have relayed to guest services that could be cleaner but overall the location was great for us! 3 huge tvs. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels including pool towels were provided. The heated swimming pool was very warm which may be too warm for this time of year. The kitchen had what we needed, and we used the propane grill outside for burgers. 1 parking spot only but there is street parking in the area (read signs) if you have more than one car. Its a little far to walk to Pine Ave from this location in the heat of summer so we just drove over and found street parking.

The location was good. Communication was easy. However, bedding was dirty, with stains, hairs and sand, very disgusting. They didn’t have extra sheets in the house, so I had to wait the next day to replace it. They didn’t offer anything, I had to ask for clean sheets and the next day it was changed.

Weekend Getaway

The place was older; there was a salamander in one of the beds; a stain on the sheets of the other bed; a tear in the sofa; lawn care started at 8am on Saturday morning right outside the window; and no matter how cold we set the thermostat, it was humid inside.

Wonderful first time experience on AMI

The property was clean, pool was great (3-5ft), especially for children. There are million dollar homes all around, absolutely gorgeous, 4 minute walk to beach, BUT so hot, so I’d recommend getting a golf cart AS SOON as you arrive do you can explore, have easier parking (super limited as tons of people come from away to go the gorgeous beaches). The only downfall was checking in at 4. I have three children, flight was early and they would not let us in earlier than around 345. The heat and luggage and lack of transportation (not many Ubers due to distance from a city) made it so hard to wait for the opening time. I also found that only 2 toilet paper rolls was not enough for 6 people (which is the max there) for 5 days lolAlso, RENT umbrellas and beach gear from The Lazy Turtle, great team and way cheaper than I’d thought. I also used the Fun rentals and there was an online promo code AND they have car seats! Overall, loved it there. Would totally come back and it’s definitely priced so affordable for the location.Thank you!

Quiet peaceful getaway

What a wonderful location! I walked to the beach every morning, swam in the pool, and even used the grill. Close to everything , but peaceful and quiet .

Great house, awesome pool, close to an amazing beach!

This was the perfect stay for our group. Space was clean, kitchen was well-stocked with necessities (except a real knife). 5 min walk to the best beach on AMI, Bean Point. You could also take a short walk to the bay side to see the sunrise. The pool was clean and not busy. The communal washer/dryer seemed nice but our group didn’t use them. Parking was easy with a driveway directly next to the unit. Management was communicative and helpful prior to and during our arrival. Overall would highly recommend!

Nice space

The condo was very roomy and just a quick walk to the beach, the pier and to shopping. I liked that Anna Maria has its own cops but still with it being a mostly prominent golf cart community I wish they would still slow down. We had a wonderful experience on the Island and we found everyone very kind and helpful on the Island.
