Great property in a beautiful area. The property was of a very high standard and well equipped. The pool was excellent and used daily. There are local supermarkets and restaurants to service all your holiday requirements. Will be recommending to family and friends

A well equipped and modern villa. It was comfortable but expected the shower rooms to have ensuite toilets. There were only 2 toilets for a villa that could sleep 10 people. Enjoyed our holiday and the location was ideal for everything.

Gorgeous Villa

We had a lovely, stay in the villa, which was very well equipped and comfortable, with a lovely secluded garden area and pool. The cycling in the area was brilliant and we had an enjoyable 20 minute walk to the restaurants and sea front in the evenings, which was rewarded by amazing seafood. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Would definitely return.

60th birthday celebration

We were a family of 9 varying in age from 24 to 80, on holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area about 20 minute stroll to the seafront. It is modern & very well looked after. Everything was clean & well equipped. The pool was nice & warm & the gardens were neat with lovely lighting in the evening. Myriam was very friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language we managed to communicate through our mobile phones. One thing that would be good would be mirrors in the bedrooms

Lovely modern villa in quiet residential area about 20 minutes walk from town centre. Spacious rooms, tastefully furnished, very clean. Pool a real asset, especially when very hot. Highly recommended.

Quelques petites geĂšnes, les gros appareils mĂ©nagers un peu fatiguĂ©s, odeur dans la tuyauterie de la cuisine lorsque le temps est humide.Une autre prĂ©cision, les matelas des lits sont corrects, c'est dommage que celui de la chambre parentale qoit usĂ©. Pour des jeunes c'est peut-ĂȘtre supportable mais pour une personne comme moi qui est proche de la 7 Ăšme dizaine ce n'est pas trĂšs confortable pour le dos.SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able en famille, c'est ce qu'il faut retenir.La personne qui nous a reçu, HĂ©lĂšne, est trĂšs gentille et disponible.

Beautiful and well equipped house

We enjoyed our stay in this nice place very much. It started with a nice welcome from HĂ©lĂšne with a good explanation of the infrastructure. She was always accessible for questions. Remy was interested in our wellbeing at his place. The house is well maintained and ideal located for trips around the Arcachon area.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, es gibt jedoch einiges zu beanstanden.Nach der Buchung u. Zahlungen bekamen wir Hinweise, welche Kosten fĂŒr die Beheizung des Pool u. fĂŒr die Nutzung der Klimanlage extra anfallen. Darauf wurde im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen. Im Gegenteil es wird beim Pool explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein beheizter Pool ist. Die Kosten fĂŒr den Pool belaufen sich auf zusĂ€tzlich 80,-- pro Woche. was wir ziemlich happig fanden, bei dem Gesamtpreis des Hauses.Die Klimanlage schlĂ€gt mit Kosten in Höhe von 60,-- pro Woche zu Buche, auch das ist nicht im Inserat erwĂ€hnt. Im Übrigen ist die Klimatisierung ein recht abenteuerliches Konstrukt. Eine Klimaanlage ist fĂŒr ein Schlafzimmer, die anderer Klimaanlage ist fĂŒr alles restlichen RĂ€ume. D. h. wenn die ĂŒbrigen Schlafzimmer kĂŒhl sein sollen, mĂŒssen dort TĂŒren offen stehen bleiben. Wenn man es im Wohnzimmer angenehm kĂŒhl haben will, ist es im Nebentrakt des Hause mit 3 Schlafzimmern eiskalt.Es gibt so einige Dinge die dringend erneuert werden mĂŒssen. An erster Stelle die Liegen. Die Kopfteile sind mit Kabelbindern in einer Position festgestellt, da die Rasten fĂŒr verschiedene Höhen des Kopfteiles nicht mehr halten. Das finden wir beim Preis des Hauses schon sehr armselig, dass defekte Teile nicht erneuert werden und nur eingeschrĂ€nkt nutzbar sind.KĂŒchenutensilien mĂŒssten ebenfalls einige mal erneuert werden, insbesondere die Messer, da schneidet keines mehr richtig.SitzsĂ€cke (Bild) fehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage

wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einem ruhigen Villenviertel, zum Bassin lĂ€uft man ca. 30 min im Ort. BĂ€cker ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit und Austattung ist sehr gut. Wöchentliche Reinigung des Pools ist gegeben.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

-Bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix-Location trĂšs propre.-Maison agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien isolĂ©e.- Partie partie vie lumineuse.-La disposition des chambres avec l’accĂšs directe sur la piscine et le jardin, est judicieuse.-La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e-Dimensions des chambres OK.-Terrasse bois d’une belle superficie avec une belle piscine dont malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter, faute Ă  la mĂ©tĂ©o.-Le jardin est bien vĂ©gĂ©talisĂ© et bien entretenu. Les haies vives protĂšgent bien du vis-Ă -vis.-L’implantation de la villa dans un lotissement trĂšs calme, bien entretenu et proche des commoditĂ©s est un plus.-Les 3 salles de bains pour 5 couples, c’est bien.-2 WC, ça passe, mais c’est le mini.

La maison est trĂšs spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e certes en revanche la literie oreillers est dĂ©plorable, aucune des cinq chambres n’a une literie correcte, matelas en cuvette ou qui grincent
 nous avons demandĂ© Ă  changer les draps qui Ă©taient tachĂ©s. Les pommeaux de douche doivent ĂȘtre mieux entretenus (calcaire) sur les 3 tĂ©lĂ©visons une seule fonctionne correctement.La personne qui nous a accueillie est trĂšs gentille et arrangeante.

Septembre dans le golfe d'Arcachon

Maison bien équipée dans un secteur calme et bien située à mi chemin entre les 2 extrémités du golfe. Proche du centre ville d'andernos avec trÚs beau marché couvert. Avec le soleil encore présent, nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et des extérieurs.

Maison moderne avec piscine chauffée en option

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis par HĂ©lĂšne qui est absolument adorable et disponible. Le propriĂ©taire est Ă©galement trĂšs agrĂ©able, rĂ©actif et soucieux du bien-ĂȘtre de ses locataires. La maison est propre et trĂšs bien placĂ©e. Une boulangerie est Ă  deux mns et vous atteignez le centre d'Andernos trĂšs rapidement (Ă  vĂ©lo). La rĂ©sidence est calme et bien entretenue. Cependant, nous avons Ă©tĂ© Ă©tonnĂ©s de constater Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que les climatisations, en option, n'Ă©taient que dans une chambre et uniquement dans le couloir, obligeant les ouvertures de toutes les portes pour rafraichir les chambres. Solution peu jouable si vous partez Ă  plusieurs couples et en pĂ©riode de fortes chaleurs. Concernant la piscine ( chauffĂ©e Ă©galement en option), elle est agrĂ©able, sans vis Ă  vis, entourĂ©e d'un jardin bien entretenu. Mais quelle ne fut pas notre surprise d'apprendre qu'il Ă©tait strictement interdit de s'y baigner avec la moindre creme solaire, indispensable pour se protĂ©ger, sous peine de vous voir prendre la caution. Je comprends qu'il faille prendre une douche pour se baigner mais interdire une protection solaire totale me semble inenvisageable notamment si vous venez avec des enfants. Pour terminer, je rajouterai que la literie de la chambre parentale n'est plus en Ă©tat pour assurer un bon sommeil. Un changement de celle-ci serait un plus. Nous remercions Remy et Helene pour leur accueil.

trÚs bon séjour mais

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able ,bien placĂ©e ,tout confort . Juste un Ă©vĂšnement qui nous semble exagĂ©rĂ© . Nous avons Ă©tĂ© facturĂ© pour 1 H de jardinage, car nous avons laissĂ© maladroitement il est vrai la grille chaude du barbecue dans l'herbe.Certes l'esthĂ©tique d'un petit coin de la pelouse ,prĂšs du barbecue a souffert mais facturer 60 euros pour que le jardinier lache une poignĂ©e d'engrais rapide je trouve cela trĂšs limite car le soleil et la pluie auraient fait le nĂ©cessaire.Une pelouse verte est certes trĂšs agrĂ©able mais nous sommes tous habituĂ©s de nos jours Ă  ne plus arroser inutilement pour cause de sĂ©cheresse (mĂȘme si cela n'est pas le cas aujourd'hui)
