Great for a budget night stay. Area is a bit shady. Otherwise it’s perfectly fine once you are inside the house. Host was quick and prompt to communicate and answer questions.

This property was in a sketchy part of town, and was loud. There was literally barbed wire on the fence gate. The house was clean for the most part... Needs a new rug. The host only messaged us outside of the app red flag. The "welcome" text was abrasive. It included stuff about not letting our dog poop in the house & clean up after our pets outside. We didn't have a dog. The listing said no pets. The listing said full access to the entire house including laundry. The text said we were not allowed to use the garage and we were locked out of the laundry. We were told house keeping might be by while we were there. The listing also bragged about the well stocked kitchen and a dining table that seats 6. This was not the case. There was a table for 2 and the kitchen had one real spoon and one real fork, a bunch of take out plastic utensils and random other dishes, but not at all what the listing described. There were key code locks on the bedroom doors. I almost got locked out of the bedroom with my baby inside by herself. Luckily I didn't leave my phone in the room or I wouldn't have had the code. The add said there was a fire place. There was a fake one that did not work. There was supposed to be a desk, there was not... I have never left a bad review. I would normally offer any helpful suggestions or grievances to a host directly, but this felt like a straight up scam. I would have left if we had another option. We paid over 300 to feel unsafe, uncomfortable and ripped off.
