Corendon is located about a half hour tram ride from the city center. Tram stop is a 5 minute walk away. Hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 night during the half term holidays with my partner, my daughter and mum. The Positives: Check in was smooth and easy receptionist was extremely helpful giving all the information she thought we needed for our stay. Rooms were clean and just enough space for our needs, bed was very comfortable, access to SMART TV, good bathroom facilities with lovely walk in shower, ample wardrobe space for me and my partner and access to free safe. Hotel is nicely located out of Central Amsterdam in a quite residential area if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle it’s a pleasant 25min number 2 tram ride away with the tram stop a 5min walk from the hotel and there’s a metro station 2mins away for easy access to the airport. Stayed on a bed and breakfast basis which we couldn’t fault breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold options, cereals, fruits, baked goods, omelette station, juices and hot drinks. A couple of negatives: Ate in the restaurant once for dinner very overpriced for what it was and the service was very slow! The fridge in our room was broken was fixed on the 3rd day so didn’t get much use out of it. On the last night my partner ordered a takeaway pizza from the 24hr shop and decided to eat it in the lobby and he was harassed by the staff slightly asking if he was a genuine guest by the very person who had served him not 10mins before who claimed he didn’t remember serving him. The Corendon was a great place to stay and would stay again should we come back to Amsterdam...Thank You!

Just back from a 3 night stay here .. check in very efficient and to our surprise we were upgraded to a junior suite on the 7th floor with great views of the area . Hotel spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent with eggs made to order, fresh fruits, breads , cheeses, meats and cooked breakfast . Also lots of pastries , croissants etc . Only downside was the location. It is a trek to anywhere .. 20 Mins in tram .. having said that once we had our bearings travelling didn’t seem too bad . Word of warning ... DO NOT ORDER TAXI FROM HOTEL.. they advertise fixed price.. we were quoted 23-25 Euro to the Anne frank house and it actually cost 34euro ! RIP OFF! Would recommend this hotel for short break .. well worth the price !

The Corendon Vitality Hotel hotel is excellent and the staff was very friendly. The Quality/price ratio is good and the breakfast was also nice. I highly recommend this hotel and I was enjoyed to stay in.

Tram stop and Metro near by. We used the tram all the time as it was so convenient and assessable. The best about this Hotel is the fact it has a great restaurant Cor & Dons which opens until 12 pm. The menu is really good. Loved the Adonis (salmon) burger atil a de hun burgers. Crawfish salad actually all the food was very tasty. Great friendly staff. Only 15 mins in taxi to Airport. Due to weather conditions our flight was cancelled for 3 days so we booked in to hotel again. The two rooms were equally good. Very impressed with this hotel. Anyone should consider it.

Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights last month for a short city trip. Unfortunately our experience was not good with this hotel for various reasons; I hate to say it but a one of my makeup items went missing after our first night and was no where to be seen, we double checked all around our room and under beds, behind curtains etc. Of course we didn’t want to falsely point fingers at anybody. However we didn’t take any items out of the room that night and I remember putting it away the day before. We informed reception about it and the helpful lady did take down the items details but that’s as the matter was taken and she said she would talk to housekeeping but never heard anything back. HOWEVER... When looking for our missing item we of course looked all around the beds, and when doing so we looked under the mattress’ of both, and to our disgust we found an old USED ladies sanitary product rolled up and shoved under my friends mattress!!! Honestly I have never been so shocked in my life and couldn’t help but laugh at the horror! This confused me as there were two bins in the room and the previous guest could not be fussed to walk that far, one of which was about a foot away! But not knowing how long it had been there and that it had been missed when making the beds is crazy, not only that but my friend had been sleeping on top of that for 2 nights! Would attach a photo but thought that was a bit too far. Not only that but my bed was extremely stained with brown marks and very hairy. Both of which.. weren’t me! A good thing about the hotel was that the staff were very helpful with directions, getting taxis and checking in. Sadly that had to ruined we a dirty room. Regarding Amsterdam itself, very nice and a lovely place to visit. We bought a travel pass for 3 days in the hotel lobby costing us around €17 each which we used to get the Bus, Tram and Metro. Very handy as the hotel isn’t in the centre. Hotel has good taxi service too with fixed rates. Would visit Amsterdam again but in the warmer months and in a hotel without previous guests used sanitary products :) If you do still plan on staying here don’t forget conditioner as the shampoo made my hair feel like tree bark

Despite being a bit of a trek from the town centre this place was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, the food is very good and the hotel was spotless. A number 2 bus takes 20 minutes into town or train takes 10, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is slightly far out from Amsterdam central however can buy day/weekend travel passes from reception which I recommend for the tram. lovely rooms, very helpful staff, very clean. Would definitely go back

We’ve just returned from Amsterdam after a 4 day stay at the Corendon Vitality. The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean throughout. The hotel is out of the centre, around 20mins on the tram (I’d definitely recommend buying the tram pass). The breakfast is exceptional. There is a mountain of choice ranging from cooked, pastries, cereals and continental. We were slightly disappointed to find there was an extra charge of 15€ per person to use the pool & spa facilities, but other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for two nights. Check in was fast, the staff was friendly. The room was clean and nice.Breakfast was also very good. The parking fee was very expensive but that applies for the whole city. We would like to come back for another stay, though.
