Lugar encantador en Vondelpark en Amsterdam! (max 4 personas!)

Encantador espacio situado justo al lado del Vondelpark y cerca de Museumplein (Museum Square). El barrio está lleno de restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y tiendas. Un lugar fantástico para familias o parejas. ¿Tiene en mente una visita a un museo, un recorrido u otra atracción? Háganos saber y podemos hacer estas compras para su llegada.

Este edificio histórico fue construido alrededor de 1881 durante el desarrollo del barrio de Schinkel.

El espacio está situado en el tercer piso y ha sido diseñado para nuestros huéspedes con amor y cuidado, de la forma en que nos gustaría ser tratados si fuéramos los invitados. Las típicas escaleras empinadas de Ámsterdam son menos adecuadas para personas con movilidad reducida.

El lugar es un espacio creativo encantador, está abierto con dos salas de estar y dormitorios. El espacio puede estar separado por puertas correderas en suite para mayor privacidad. Hay un resorte de caja doble en un lado y dos resortes de caja separados en el otro lado.

El baño tiene una bañera y el inodoro está en una habitación separada. La cocina está equipada con microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, hervidor eléctrico y cafetera Nespresso.

NOTA IMPORTANTE:
+ No está permitido en Amsterdam quedarse con más de cuatro personas.
No podemos hacer excepciones a la llegada..
+ No aceptamos despedidas de soltero y tal.

Vivimos en el segundo piso. Si no se siguen las reglas de la casa, deberá abandonar nuestro apartamento. El importe de la reserva no será reembolsado.

Great place to experience Amsterdam! The location is perfect - away from all of the touristy areas (but close enough to take public transit, bike, or even walk to easily). It's directly across from one of the main parks (and a playground if you have kids!), lots of bike rentals around, and great food / grocery stores. The space itself worked well for me and my family. I will say the steep stairs were a bit of a shock at first, but they weren't an issue after getting our things up initially. I will say the floor is a bit at an angle so that might bother some, but I don't think it detracted much. Very clean, lots of space.

We loved our stay here. It is a rare find - large space in a great location. The entrance to Vondelpark right across the street. There is a great restaurant right there. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenient store close by. The host was great. He met us when we arrived. The space is on the third storey, with steep stair cases - which is normal in Amsterdam. Jean-Paul carried all my oversized luggage, was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. He was reachable via the Vrbo app. The place was clean with all the amenities, well decorated with beautiful art. There are no solid doors between the three spaces, but the 2 sleeping areas are at 2 ends and have us the separation we needed. When I needed some extras like an adaptor or umbrellas, our host helped us. He was always available when needed.For my 10 and 13 year old boys, this was perfect. We would venture out each morning - by walk to Van Gogh and Rijk museums, or by tram to Amsterdam Centraal, and spend our evenings, after some rest in the apartment, in the park. It very pretty with beautiful flowers and the canals. I suggest you carry a battery pack when out as my phone wouldn’t last the whole day - maybe searching for signal, I don’t know, but another American tourist had the same issue.

Amsterdam 5 days stay

Jean Paul is very responsive and helpful. Lovely neighborhood on beautiful Vondel park. The downside is that you are staying in an attic apartment on the 4th floor with many, many steep steps. There is no portable AC unit for when it is hot and only one big window opens. There are smaller roof windows. It was extremely hot and close to impossible to sleep 2 out of 5 nights. I know this is rare, but when it happens during your stay, it is miserable. Also, the toilet is not in the tub area but in a separate small room right off the living room and kitchen. I did not find the apartment very comfortable or cozy, although I see that others have.

Perfect location / loved our stay

This flat is spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are collections of books that are fun to look through. My family (me and spouse 2 adult kids) had plenty of room. The location is right on the edge of the park and surrounded by different types of restaurants. For first time visitors to Amsterdam, stairs are quite steep. This is generally common. Our hosts were gracious and very communicative. Plenty of transportation options outside the door (bike rental, rail car, uber). As first time visitors.we enjoyed Rijksmuseum and wandering the neighborhood areas near Anne Frank House. Anne Frank house is a powerful and recommended visit but get tickets early. We found everybody to be very welcoming and kind. Enjoy your visit!

Great location in Amsterdam

Easy to get to from remote parking at the Olympic Stadium. Large loft accommodation and very gracious host who helped us up and down the steep stairs with our luggage. The center of the city was a quick Uber ride away.

A 2 bedroom flat in great location

I stayed in March 2025. The flat was very typical of the Amsterdam homes, which added charm to our stay. The location was near the tram stops, had a "neighborhood bar" just a couple buildings away, great food spots right by the rental, etc. Everything we needed was included, like tea pots, coffee pots, dishes, wine glasses, etc. Since the flat is on the top floor, we had to climb 3 flights each time we went out, but again, the staircase just added authentic Amsterdam to our stay! The host was absolutely fabulous! If he has other real estates on VRBO I'd rent from him again. He greeted us upon our arrival, assisted during our stay and waved goodbye to us as we hopped in the uber to head back to the airport. I would highly recommend this rental!

Lovely place to stay in Amsterdam in a great neighborhood

We stayed here for 4 days while we visiting Amsterdam. It was perfect for our family of 3. The space is very comfortable and it was good to come back and relax after a day exploring the city. The neighborhood has lots of stores, restaurants, and is close to public transportation and parks. Would stay here again when we come back to visit.

A week near Vondelpark

We booked a week at Jean-Paul's apartment to accompany our son on a university exchange. We really appreciated the separate sleeping areas, and I really enjoyed the hot bath in the soaker tub on our first night!The location is great– a mixed-use neighbourhood (residentialcommercial) with plenty of options for restaurants, bars, bakeries and bikes! We used public transport the entire time, and it was a short walk to the tram stop.The apartment is on the top floor of a 19th century building so there is a steep staircase, but that was not an issue for us at all. It's a great option for young families who have kids that can scamper up the stairs!Thank you to JP for hosting us, and accommodating our travel schedule!

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was such a cozy and comfortable place to rest after our adventures in Amsterdam. I highly recommend it and I hope to stay there again someday. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Authentic Amsterdam

Authentic Amsterdam apartment - steep stairs, of course :) Clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Albert Heim groceries nearby to stock the kitchen. From the rear window, a nice view of the mature trees in the apartment block courtyard. Rent a bike, cruise through the beautiful Vondelpark, and shortly arrive near Museumplein. Lots of restaurants nearby. Best pastry shop Linnick just across the street. Close to tram #1 and #2. Very responsive hosts live downstairs and gave us a warm welcome.

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, it is close to the centre of Amsterdam (3 stops on the tram ) It is very close to restaurants and shops selling everything needed for our stay. The apartment is in a very pretty area opposite a large park which we walked through on our final day and was very very nice. The owner of the property could not have been more helpful, dropping our cases off earlier than normal check in and very helpful with local knowledge to make the most of our stay. It made the stay easier with local knowledge. The tram system is extremely efficient and regular. Thanks again for all the help with our stay in Amsterdam
