ELEGANT HOLIDAY HOUSE near the beach of Lido, located in the silent cross street of Via Castelsardo. Located on the first floor of a new building, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom with terrace, another double bedroom, bathroom with shower and closet; complete the property a large veranda furnished with table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and a very reserved parking space given the difficulty of parking in the area being very close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with all comforts: flat screen TV and air conditioning in the living room and in the rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, video intercom and iron. The Lido beach is just 200 meters away, while the historic center can easily be reached on foot in 15 minutes; the apartment is also convenient as it has all the main services nearby. It 's definitely the perfect holiday home for those who particularly love the beach town of Lido, but also want a good starting point to enjoy equally beautiful and unforgettable beaches in the area such as those of Lazzaretto, Le Bombarde and Porto Conte.
