CHRISTINE HOUSE
Splendid and unique second floor apartment 10 meters from the beaches and the pier of Alassio. Located overlooking the famous "Budello" of Alassio, convenient to all services. Recently renovated apartment, consisting of a bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine, and two single beds on the floor. Large living room with double sofa bed and kitchen. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, satellite LCD TV. The entrance to the apartment is in the center directly from the famous "Budello" of Alassio. Just 500 meters from the spa (swimming pool with warm sea water, various types of whirlpools, Turkish bath, sauna, herbal Turkish bath, massages), 50 meters from the supermarket, and about 300 from the railway station. There is no lift. Covered private paid parking outside the building.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find an LCD TV with satellite channels. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping is available.
