Great location to local beach and shops for daily coffee shop walks with our dog. House was great 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the hot spa most evenings.

Fantastic stay at Sea Breeze

We had the best stay at Sea Breeze. Our hosts were so friendly and could not have been more helpful - they even put out a Christmas tree for the kids to decorate on our arrival which was a lovely touch! The kids absolutely loved the swim spa and the house itself was beautiful. Thank you so much!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at semaphore seabreeze. It was quick and easy to stroll to the beach, and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday boasting comfy beds, bbq, massive spa and kitchen. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Mike and Gillian.

Great retreat.

We were not disappointed at all. Dog friendly, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Great outdoor area where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The swim spa was a bonus when you didn't go out and just wanted to relax. Comfortable beds, kitchen with everything, just perfect. Next time we come to Adelaide, we'll be back here.

Perfection for families and pets

Great location- close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Lovely spacious home with toys galore, cubby yourself, secure outdoor area and giant hot tub! My toddler and dog could have spent the whole holiday at home! The hosts are attentive but not intrusive. A perfect stay.

Awesome House !

Couldn’t be happier with this house , spotlessly clean , lovely comfy beds , nice linen . Swim spa is awesome . Everything you would possibly need and lovely extras on arrival ! Everything about this booking was 5-Star!

This was the easiest holiday booking, we applied, and were accepted very promptly. The communication prior, during and on checkout was wonderful and supportive. Excellent location, Mike and Gillian were very helpfull, they provided an unexpected goodies basket which we all thoroughly enjoyed, especially the wine and the tim tams. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was of a high standard. Relaxing stay

Semaphore Sea Breeze is the perfect place to relax! If it’s too cold for the beach then jump in the plunge pool/spa! A generous breakfast was provided for the first day. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and linen was provided making it easy! Walking distance to shops, eateries and the beach. Thanks for the tip about the seals! Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and friendly. We will be back again!
