I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn in Westford. One thing i noticed is that the TV in the lobby always went off at 930. People would try to turn the TV back on but it wouldn't come back on. Maybe it was on a timer and they didn't want people staying in the lobby/eating area after 930? My stay was at the beginning of fall and I was looking forward to the outdoor fireplace to sit by on the cool evenings. I was told it didn't work. They had outside heaters. Really that isn't the same. So that was somewhat of a disappointment. The breakfast over the weekend was not as good as during the week. It appeared the front desk staff had to man the kitchen. It was obvious that this wasn't their area of expertise. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were welcoming and kind. The housekeeping staff were amazing and always attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Toilet had poop in it when we checked in. Asked for extra pillows and sheets blankets and was told they didn’t have pillows!! And never got sheets either. Seriously a hotel with no extra pillows? I needed the pillows for the pull out couch for the guest who I paid to stay there. Also had the pool open and was told we couldn’t use it til 12 the next day and that’s check out. So I stayed there for the pool and wasn’t allowed to use it. It was aweful. Sad to cause I love the hotel. The studio rooms are great.
Fantastic property beautiful well kept and GREAT staff! They were so friendly and kind I highly recommend it!!
My relatives came here to visit, they love this hotel, the breakfast is excellent, the chelf did wonderful job to please everyone!
Typical Residence Inn amenities--small apartment rooms. Breakfast made the cost a better value and was consistent with breakfasts at peer hotels.(e.g. Hampton Inn). The grounds (fountain, flowers, etc) were nicely decorated. The area around the hotel was also nice.
Studio unit is comfortable and provides some flexibility. Breakfast good. Clean and close to local needs.
Nice hotel, good accommodations and staff. Breakfast was average. Hotel advertises being pet friendly, but charged $100 for a single night stay for my toy poodle who doesn't shed and Is fully trained. This is out of line with what other charge, which is often zero.
Stayed on business. The room was very clean, and large, with a kitcheonette that I didn't use. The breakfasts had a few warm items and real china, but I've had better.
our accomadations were great, as well as our first night. unfortunately the next evening starting around 9:15 and lasting until 1:15am the dog next door to us howled incessantly. it was an unfortunate experience..had it not been for the owner of the dog being totally irresponsible to leave it for so long in the room our stay would have been excellent!
Very good. Decided to stay over the night before room was good with exception to the AC noise. the overall stay was great but the AC woke me up several times.
Very helpful front desk. Breakfast is always a plus. Location is good and it's close to food. The room was small (handicapped room, not good with kids (tight, no coffee table...)
