However, some tips that may help, for first timers, like us: there is no hot tub, or stove or oven--it is more of a kitchenette, with hot plate and Keurig maker (two flavored cups were provided); you don't have control of the temperature, as it is in the owners' home upstairs. Also, parking can be limited on the street, and especially be aware of the restrictions of days and times. "
