Amazingly wonderful! This is by far my favorite hotel we’ve stayed in for the whole Japan trip. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room We stayed are very clean and well thought. It is conveniently near to all the restaurants and to the Nihon Odori Station. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Checkin started so easily. The staff all spoke English so it made things seamless. My room was a premium delux room so was really spacious. I loved having a kitchen area to prepare food. Cleaning staff were amazing. They do give you a card if your room is not cleaned stating to call guest services before 3pm if anything is needed which I appreciated. It allowed me and my guest to rest without being disturbed. Even when. Leaving before 3 if I put to make the room it was left spotless. 10/10 I would definately stay again

Newer building in a central location! Walk to the cruise terminal, Yamashita Park, Chinatown, Cosmo World. Local train line is downstairs to take you to Yokohama Station where you can go directly to Tokyo or Kamakura. Or take the #8 bus right outside to the beautiful Sankeien Gardens.

Good place to stay near the harbour
Good location by the harbour front. Well equipped clean room. Even had a universal plug. Stale water smell in the bathroom was off putting and hand towel rack over toilet a disaster waiting to happen. Don’t pay for the breakfast as poor options/variety and the hot part arrived cold both mornings. No tea in the room or the residents lounge just coffee which I don’t drink
