Food was nice is the only positive. Had to pay £15 to park overnight. Then didn’t sleep due to incessant loud humming from within the ceiling. I mentioned to receptionist who said she’d look into it . Not an acceptable response as dismissive. Please contact me on this number to discuss further.

Room was not ready to check in at 3 pm so had to wait,not offered a drink whilst waiting. Room ok but a bit run down. Breakfast good. Some staff ok,others moody and miserable
