Close to the ski resort, poor WIFI, bathroom nasty
Even though the advertisement said ski in and ski out, it is located across the street and you have to walk with your ski equipment for a block. It is still very close to the slope and the resort has red wagons fir you to help carry the equipment. $16 per day for parking on site was not mentioned. We rented this property because it allowed last minute cancellation! The check in app did not work. Overall, we love staying there for our first Colorado ski vacation.
It was clean felt safe, down side was the common area was difficult to get into. The fireplace did not work the hot tub was under construction So no amnenties..
We loved the warm fireplace and that it was right across the street from Winter Park Village. Such an awesome place!!!

The signage to get into founders pointe is nonexistent. The room numbers are completely confusing they do not follow the United States standard rule of numbering. Founders building is considered building 4. so every room number starts with 4 on the first floor second floor third floor. For example if you are on the third floor, room 22. Your room number would typically be 322. At the founders building your room number is 4322. The resort offers red wagons so that you can pull your skis to the hill. This sounds great except for everyone leaves the wagons right in front of the door and then you can't get out to go to dinner. We went ice-skating had to sign a waiver. That's standard procedure. However the lighting is horrible and they have a huge liability that they're not even paying attention to. I was given a key to my ski locker. This was great except for the fact that not everyone in my family wants to leave at the same time. locks should be combination locks so everyone in the group can use it anytime they want. Locks for the room where great it's just a keypad. No need to hang on to a key or have to take it out of your pocket to get in the room.
Small, cramped. Not much larger than a hotel room at the holiday inn express. No oven, no disposal which seems crazy for a ski condo. Bathtub had a sign on it asking not to be used. Ok at a low price but wouldn’t pay a premium for this space. Nice outdoor community hot tub and location is excellent.
