At $200 for 1 night it was one of the cheaper casino rooms. But it wasn’t much better than a cheap motel room in any city. I called front desk to tell them there was no blanket on my bed… turned out that the thin little towel like cover was the blanket. I had to go out to my car to get a blanket I keep in the trunk. The place was just cheap. For the price it wasn’t good
Not enough towels for amount of guests in room and the blow dryer about caught on fire. When we asked for more towels the guy at the front desk, was very rude and when I went to get a new blow dryer and told him to feel how hot it was, he continued to look at his cell phone and told me he couldn’t do anything about it until housekeeping got in at 8:00. I told him we had to be gone before that and he told me “not my problem”. Very rude young man. Will not stay there again. The lady that checked us in was great though.
Poor service. Added hidden fees after booking. Food was really below par. Had to be moved rooms twice because of things not working. It wasn’t any one big thing, just a lot of little things that added up. Definitely gave me that “cheap, slum” hotel vibe.
