We especially liked the valet services. They were so helpful and kind. We will be back!

Very clean, staff is very helpful

The upkeep has a lot to be desired. The first night we didn't have hot water and no wash cloths. General housekeeping is good but the condition, like windows, tile etc. Needs refreshing. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. That can't be cleaned well. It's sad to see the Casa Blanca in disrepair.

Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Drain in the sink and tub in our room were actually good unlike most hotels. Cost per night's stay is not the lowest or highest in Mesquite. I think it's fairly priced that's why it's our go to place to stay in Mesquite.

The hotel room I stayed in was at the end of the building, but there was only one elevator, so it wasn't comfortable for my husband who has a crippled leg.

Toilet does not work and noisy. Door to closet not working. Agent misrepresented the location of the room. Price for room nearly doubled from 2 years ago.
