The hotel is in bad need of a renovation, but that actually is the least of my frustration. Although I received multiple communications from the property concerning our stay, not once did anyone tell me that the only way out would be closed due to a road race until 1:00 in the afternoon. Our plans for the day are ruined.

The entire property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The outside, inside, hallways everything was immaculately cleaned. I did have issues with the room I had due to smell, the hottub in the room did leak but easy communication and helped very fast. I will not be staying anywhere else! Thank you Ramada Plaza 💚

Worn and Weathered Hotel
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is in poor condition: the furniture, the floors, bathroom fixtures, the decor. Lobby floors looked as if they were never mopped, skid marks and stains. In the room the carpet still had crumbs in the corners and near the fridge and big dark stains The toilet was dirty ( perhaps someone from housecleaning used the facility and forgot to flush). The bed was comfortable but not well made and instead of standard size pillows they put two mini pillow in one case. The AC/Heat was noisy. The bathroom was the size of a small closet and the shower curtain kept coming off the rod. Although the water pressure in the shower was good the shower heads were old an unadjustable. I seriously considered checking out but the conference I attended ran from 8 am to 8 pm- I figured I only needed to shower and sleep. I kept everything in my suitcase in case there were bugs and sprayed the whole room with Lysol. The staff were polite although not particularly welcoming or attentive. No one greeted me as I came or left the premises after check in,which I found odd in hospitality services. I thought of taking pictures but after reading the other reviews (which I had not done prior) it should be no surprise to management. The hotel is centrally located and should really be well kept. I noticed the rates were almost 1/2 what I paid a week prior. I’d have to say I grossly overpaid for what I got, even with Hotels.com

The staff was friendly but the room was not great . The lock on the sliding door was broken so we could not lock it . The refrigerator did not work so all our food got spoiled .

The property was very dated and dirty throughout the common areas. The room was fair, however again dated and mold in the shower area wasn’t pleasant. Then to top it all off I’m having to deal with the fact that they over charged me. Stayed two nights was charged for three.
