Found the hotel to be very quaint with the couches in the common areas outside the rooms. One minor issue, rooms not too sound proof.

I like the uniqueness of this old building. It was well kept. What I didnt like was there was a dark thick hair in the bathroom sink and another one in the shower not belonging to me.

The Best
I love this hotel. Nothing chain-like about it, the space is unique and lovely and the desk clerks are warm and friendly. It's the only place I'll stay when in Victoria.
