Normal clean room for $88. But couldn’t be served at any bar. No explanation from front desk as to why poor bar was open and we were not allowed to be served at casino pool. Couldn’t get even a half hour late checkout. That’s really bad service. If people stay longer they also gamble longer so not sure why it’s such a big deal to have a little extra time. Casino sucks and takes all your money. Will NEVER be back

I loved the pool and the jacuzzi was great. The coffee pot was dirty and didn't change it for another one until 6 hours later, they did not refill for creamer and coffee. Bad service

Quiet rooms, wonderful showers, ultra firm beds and easy access to casino and restaurants. But when we arrived we did not know there were no phone service, wifi or telephone service. Not their fault. We asked to speak to the manager several times and they were always unavailable. Disappointing, but many of their staff were quite lovely.

The internet was out, with no estimate on when it would be back. This meant staff had to walk guests to their rooms and open the room with the house key every time we came and went. This also meant they were cash-only at all restaurants and stores. Things happen, but they should have offered to “soften the blow” by comp’ing or discounting the stay due to the extreme inconvenience caused. No accommodations were offered.

Great stay, in spite of unforeseen challenges
The hotel was fantastic, except that they were suffering some sort of computer hacking episode during my entire stay that wiped out the reservation and WiFi systems, and electronic room keys. But the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful, in spite of having to escort each guest to their room EVERY time. They made my stay!
