Phenomenal Service as Expected
SL is in a fabulous location and clearly a wonderful hotel. The staff are gracious and accommodating. First class service. I felt the decor was rather dated with dark wood moldings and classical bathroom decor. The views from our 17th floor room were wonderful facing the channel.

Staff was able to get us into a room early after a long international flight, even had our luggae taken up. Staff friendly and efficient. The breakfast on the 26th floor was auperb. Consists of one hot main dish you order, then a buffet with fruit, pastries, etc.
